Hopefully it gets more traffic and more trucks open up.

As a mom of 2 on the go I loved the food truck location, because I was able to park in front of the business while one of my girls napped in the car. The owner was very friendly. He had a few orders ahead of mine, I know some people might leave if they're impatient but that only peaked my interest more. I was given an electric pad that alerts you when your order is ready so you can wait in your car! I ordered the Chicken pad Thai (medium spiced), and I got my hubby the Chicken pad woon sen (mild). I tried both. The food was delicious! If it is your first time trying it, be sure to start off with the mild spice and work your way up. You know how some places you order spicy but it's not actually spicy; yeah no, his is spicy LOL so for my personal preference I think a mild is best. People don't be discouraged by how the portions look in the picture! Swear it's not those small "meal prep" containers, it's a GOOD SIZE portion. 10/10 will return for sure and I love that there's other food trucks around, so if you and your partner want something different you'll have options too. I will say that the thing that personally frustrated me a little, was the wait time to get my food; but then again like I said there was a LINE ahead of me so yes his food is popular. I think he also has the option to order online, so maybe I'll try that next time. I placed my order around 5:40pm and got my food till 6:20pm. BUT keep in mind everything was freshly made, the taste was Amazing, good portion and it is just HIM working the truck. So maybe order ahead or maybe you'll get lucky and there won't be a long line ahead of you.

There is no debating that. I have only been to the physical truck once, but have ordered countless times through doordash and have yet to be disappointed. I have received the food cold once only, but that was the fault of the dasher, not the food truck, and it was still better than any other Mexican food establishment I've have been to up to this date.........Anywhere. I fully understand that taste is subjective, but I believe I can say with extreme confidence that any review on this establishment under 4 stars is, more likely than not, a person from a different restaurant trying to slam this place due to jealousy, knowing they could never reach this level of skill/flavor. And you 1 and 2 star reviewers, I'm just flat out calling you all liars, and your souls will burn for committing such blasphemy. I'm not religious at all, but I will say that these culinary geniuses have been touched by a divine hand, and if I ever see a story that this place's food can cure cancer, I will believe it. There, hope that's clear enough.

My wife and I use to frequent this place YEARS ago, the service was good and the food was good,…read moreyears later we decided to go back & mannn the food quality & service has went down terribly! Pulled up on a Friday late night with my family ordered the standard 5 tacos. They are a bit pricey as well. I ordered the carne Asada and my mother in law ordered the chicken. While it did seem like it tasted good it was super greasy. (TMI coming up) When I woke up the next morning my I noticed my bowels were literally moving the next day, (I counted about 9 times). I felt bloated and everything. My wife even told me that as we were pulling off she witnessed the cook I believe his name is Julio eating some of the product while he was preparing peoples food (the side door of the food truck was open so you could see right in). Funny enough we decided to go back Saturday evening to give them another try, thinking it would be better, BOY was we wrong. I ordered the same order plus charro Beans, elote (corn in a cup) and 3 cans of sprite. This time we took literally one bite and the meat was DRYER than the Saharan desert both the carne asada and the chicken. (Tasted like some reheated old meat or meat that had been made days prior). We were already at the hotel at this point and was infuriated!!! We ended up calling and I believe I spoke to Julio (or whoever the cook is) over the phone. After lying saying that he cooked the meat fresh that day he stuttered I told him aint no way the meat was fresh. He then said and I quote " I cooked the meat "a couple days ago" then said "sorry I burnt it or overcooked it". (Knowing that why would you serve that to me?) I then stated "yes it tasted old period". I requested a refund in which he agreed to. Driving all the way back I brought the food back as well. Julio (or whoever the cooks name is) tried to plead his case to me saying that the meat is fresh and took a fork and tasted the food himself and then tried to offer me the food. I told him "no I don't want to taste it, just refund me please" in which he did. Dishonesty, Not handling food with care, lying. Is something that crosses the line and I won't be back. *Also if the owner is reading this I have the phone conversation recorded and the video evidence to show proof this whole interaction, so do not just glaze over this review* I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one is for sure warranted. Seems like they will dress up the taco and selling you some "old meat" people just be careful and mindful when coming to this taco truck.
