Food was really good. Service: not so much. There were 4 of us and they brought out 3 of the 4 meals and we all waited to eat. We sat there and waited while they served other tables. I would have preferred all the food come out together so we could all Enjoy hot food together. The server seemed annoyed that we asked over and over about the last plate. May be better if you go to actual restaurant but I order through UberEats 2 meals. There was no opinion to add garlic dipping sauce which usually comes with the meal. I called and spoke to a gentleman he was a tad rude but did say he woule add the sauce this once. I received my food with no sauce. And the salad placed below the hot rice in the same plate. Excellent delicious food!! I'm not a local and I am always willing to try new places for dinner when working out of town. A local co-worker recommended this place so we went last night (1/12/26). We ordered the chicken shawarma (sandwich/wrap) with a side of the tzaziki (sp?) and the mixed shawarma platter. We also ordered the mint lemonade and an espresso Americano. Wow!! The food was fresh, deliciously seasoned and cooked perfectly where the meat was moist and tender. Generous portions. The mint lemonade was nice, tart and very refreshing. Service staff was very attentive and we even met the owner. We felt like celebrities LOL. It is a small cozy restaurant with about 10 to 15 tables. No need to pay for frills and fluff. This little hole in the wall restaurant is a great lunch spot for something fresh and healthy with Arabic Venezuelan fusion. I love the remodel they did (contrary to the dark atmosphere of their original spot), this was light and bright. I ordered the chicken shish with baba ganoush and tabbouleh and it was divine. Fresh, juicy, flavorful and authentic. I got a taste of the lamb as well and it was great. The spicy sauce they provided was AMAZING. I am a spice lover and it was packing heat. Service was fine. Food came quick. The price was okay but I do with they had some sort of lunch special because $22 for a small plate of chicken is not the best for a casual spot but it did deliver. This is a new location for El Arabito Grill. I've been to the food truck several times but today was the first time I visited the restaurant. I ordered the Mediterranean combo and my husband ordered the grill kabobs combo. We also ordered the stuffed cabbage as an appetizer. They also offer desserts but we did not try them this time, we were to full so maybe on another occasion. We loved everything we had and the staff was very nice and attentive. Parking: Parking lot in the plaza where the establishment is located. Atmosphere: Very casual and relaxed environment. They have music playing in the background. They only have inside seating. Every time I have gone the place only has 1-3 tables open or non available. We have called ahead to see if there is wait time. Food: Amazing and comes out quick. I went on August 6th. The only thing i can say about this place is that I will never come back. I ordered a kibbe nayyeh and while eating it I found a gray piece of hair. I let them know about the problem and the waitress or manager told me that it wasn't hair, until he pulled it out. He didn't apologize or anything, he just asked the person who I was with, if I wanted anything else instead of asking me. End of the story, they charged me for that food. Horrible service read more
