( not even if your a patient) I put an inquiry online to be called because when I called literally 5 times in the middle of the day- they IGNORED my phone call! So I went to their website ---NOWHERE online does it say "emergency" when I put in to call me about my baby. Dr Teresa called and pretty much SCREAMED and YELLED at me on the phone over it!! She sounded completely nuts!!! YELLING and SCREAMING" THIS IS an EMERGENCY line. Over and over and over. Remind you. Right after the crazy phone call. I went to check on the website. NOWHERE it said emergency. She was probably just mad she had to call her patient?? Really????? My MD always took my phone calls. Anyway. Very unprofessional for a doctor. Disgusting bedside manner. She should be ashamed of herself when a worried mother calling about her child and she screams at the top of her lungs like a maniac. So, I let it go and the stupid I am- I came back, thinking my son had a well visit. LITERALLY, every time I came. There was NO well visit. YOU CANT come in for a SICK visit either. ONLY shot visits. And babies screaming. Im convinced this pediatrician I'm sorry- is just a VACCINE mill. All they want to do is make money on shots ! Every visit was and continued to be "CONFUSED" for a SHOT visit. and only see the dr once a year because your not BOOKED for a well visit. They're "doing you a favor" fitting you in. Just a SHOT visit lol. Crazy. ANOTHER THING----They tried to charge me for "SHOT REFUSAL" whoever came up with this FEE in the office seriously has some issues. Wait, your going to charge me for not wanting to get a shot? That makes no sense. Is it Probably because you can't BILL my insurance company for a shot ??? That's the only reason I can think of. IT IS NUTS. , if this is happening to you. Don't let your kid suffer like this.. they don't care. It's really cold that every time I had taken my child here I was told these things. Hopefully your experience is different ??

I think the fact that my experience as a patient made such an impression on me to then bring my own children to this practice says a lot about how amazing they are. I love that their are so many doctors because my kids each have a favorite who suits their individual personalities/needs. The entire staff from reception to medical department are so kind. We set up an appointment today to see David Eisenberg (I will not give him the respect of Dr. by the way) We were turned away because we were 15 minutes late. His staff Katie and Joann stated that the policy is you have to reschedule if your 15 minutes late. So David would not see us. His staff treated us like we were an interruption in their day and turned us away. We managed to find a kinder and gentler Pediatrician that took us right in and will be switching over immediately. Shame on you David! You are supposed to help the sick, not turn them away. Especially sick children... disgusting

Most of all, the admin staff is poor. The office has a small army of admins who run cover for the doctors. They do not communicate with each other, are disorganized and come off as annoyed when talking to you. Even the most patient families will feel frustration in dealing with the office and should be prepared to follow up vigilantly as they will NOT call you back. The office's apathy and lack of urgency is so severe it borders on dangerous for the kids. One of our kids has an allergy and it was a process to get him the prescription he needed in case he had a reaction. We felt we had no choice but to leave. Good riddance and beware of this pediatric practice.
