The upstairs area was such a pleasant surprise- by stairs or elevator this area offers sale items and some super cute jammies. Also, the dressing rooms are spacious and really well-kept. Making it my favorite dressing room to hang while my daughter tries on all her current selections. Aria approached me to see if I need help and took the clothes from my hands to start a fitting room for me. She was very helpful. I had a great time shopping here and I'm very happy with my purchase. I got good deals on shirts.

This store is huge and they offered a large selection. The employees are so nice. They offered to help after seeing me browse and grabbed a few things. I was told there is another location at Caesars Palace on the strip. I would come to this location any day. If you look hard enough you can find items on sales.

I chose the placement and a local artist artfully rendered their faces directly onto my tote. Customer service was outstanding! My sales contact was Zai. She immediately responded to my appointment request via email and scheduled me in for the event. Luckily, there were a few slots open! I met with her in advance to select a handbag as the canvas for the pet portraits. It was a tough decision due to the great designs available. But, my heart was set on the iconic, The Tote, and I couldn't be more happier! It's a solid, durable, functional, and fashionable piece. Its one of those carryall totes in which I know I'll be throwing in other smaller totes and stuff. IYKYK! I like that it has a zipper, too. Laura was the local artist who custom painted my dogs Fiji, Makana, and Summer. She did an amazing job!! I love the way it turned out and am very proud to showcase their faces every time I carry the tote around. Marc Jacobs is a brand that I regularly follow now. I have my eye set on other bags and accessories and will certainly reach out to Zai on my future purchases. As far as future Bark Jacobs event, you'll have to do some searching on their website to determine if it's offered in your city. I believe it is an annual event now.

With a purchase of a leather good, you receive a complimentary, hand-painted pet portrait! I couldn't NOT get one. I posted on my social media that I was interested in this event and the manager, Dee, reached out to me to help me pick out what purse and color. She notified me the cement medium tote was low in supply so I went to the store to make sure it was the product I wanted The store was clean and organized with friendly staff ready to greet me. I became acquainted with Roderick. We narrowed it down to the medium size tote. But... for me to get 3 dogs painted, I needed to meet a minimum. I didn't just want to get another purse. Roderick helped me choose the mini bag, which was perfect because I was telling him that I preferred the thicker strap for the medium tote. He notified me they were interchangeable! So convenient and love that I can mix and match. I ended up buying both for just under $700. Met my minimum! Roderick then helped me decide on where to paint my pets and filled out a form to give to the artist. I took the bags home and came in the next week to see the artist, Lu, hand paint my fur babies! It's amazing. She just needed photos of my dog, or you had the chance to bring your pet in. I opted for the photos and watched her at her craft. At the end, she placed a content on top to set the paint. I love my bag. I've received so many compliments! A beautiful leather good with my fur babies on it. It's turned into a keepsake and I couldn't be happier. Oh! And for the mini bag? It's an awesome casual bag I love to use for errands :) and if I want to use it as a wallet, I place it into my medium tote. So functional!

It's on the smaller side, but most of their stores are on the smaller side. The staff here are great! They are very friendly and chatty. One of the staff even brought out a shirt they were not even supposed to have on display yet when they saw us looking at similar styles. They also told us about their upcoming black friday specials and were just friendly and knowledgeable in general. The quality of Psycho Bunny is very good, and they have an amazing variety and selection. I literally find myself wanting almost everything I see in this store. The colors pop, and they are always introducing new color combos and new twists on the iconic bunny logo. The possible drawback - the clothing is on the higher priced side. They do occasionally have some sales and specials, but you should definitely expect to spend a bit shopping here. But it is definitely worth it!
