When I got there, I was taken to where the part which was still in the engine bay for my final inspection and approval to purchase before they pulled it it out for me. Jay then pointed out every Pilot on the lot so I could find some spare bolts which she would probably have let me have for dirt cheap had I found any that I needed. Their prices were fair and everyone there was courteous, kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back again. Nice people make all the difference in the world. Jay and her staff demonstrated that to me. So I was happy Grimes had the part I wanted. Cons : prices are not cheap. And depending on who picks up the phone, they give you different prices on the same part. Also another con: we came on 2 Saturdays in a row. Each time they told ius, If you order and wait .. the wait time could be 2 hours minimum. Best to place the order and come back 2-3 hr later. There was a customer who was told to wait 1 hr.. in the end he waited 90 min and went ballistic coz Grimes wasted his time.
