Customers should be aware that Richey Roofing only warranties NEW ROOFS for labor and leaks for 5…read moreyears. Also, that warranty is Non-transferable to the new owners if you sell your house. These are very important considerations when investing tens of thousands of dollars on a new roof. New roof installed 4/2016. Leaking significantly now in 2024. I called and the receptionist told me my roof was still under warranty. YAYYYY!!! But then Jonny (owner) called back and said it wasn't, because it's only for 5 years and not transferable. I don't have the original contract in hand yet, but have requested from previous owners, and will verify if this is true or not. Super disappointing when people don't stand behind their work. Furthermore, He refused to come out at all, even to give me an estimate to repair the leak. He ignored all of my calls. As a real estate agent, I will NOT be recommending this company to my clients. I recommend RESCUE ROOFER out of Manteca, who replaced four faulty roof vents and sealed everything up, for a reasonable price. Tim performed the inspection/estimate, and the repair all in one day! When I am ready to build my ADU later this year, I will be reaching out to Rescue Roofer for my roof. For reference, their warranty is 15 years.

Stetler Construction has done a number of major projects for us, and they've all turned out great…read more We started with floating shelves in a bedroom, then had closet shelving put in, then had an entire garage closet redone. All of these smaller projects were completed in exactly the way we wanted. Jeff was extremely responsive, making changes as requested with a great attitude. Feeling confident in his work, we had him screen in our large porch. This work was both effective -- we use our bug-free porch so much more now -- and beautifully done. We get compliments on it all the time. Lastly, Jeff renovated all three of our bathrooms. These were full renovations, with each room taken down to the studs. This was our first time doing serious renovations. As newbies, we relied on Jeff's sound advice and explanations. All three bathrooms turned out beautifully, and everything works great. Jeff and his guys did all the tile work, which is especially superb: totally even and solid. For a few parts of the projects, such as glass shower doors, he brought in an outstanding subcontractor. Many people I talk to have nightmare stories about renovations dragging on and on due to contractors who don't show up on schedule. Or they report shoddily done work. There is none of that with Jeff. He is extremely responsive and always there when he says he will be. And his work is absolutely top-notch. I can tell it really bothers him when anything is the slightest bit imperfect; such things get fixed, even if they are imperfections I would not have noticed myself. He's also extremely honest and fair and his pricing. Highly recommended!

He gave a very reasonable price, and stuck to the price even though the work came out a little bit more than we expected. Jerry also treats his employees well, and was very professional overall. I would highly recommend R&G Roofing for the quality of work they do. There are some busy times in the Roofing business but once Jerry starts the work, he will make sure it finishes well.

There was no frame or anything so I needed to completely be built out, but it was a large opening and odd size space so I didn't even want to attempt trying it myself. I had gotten an estimate from another company, but something seemed off when they were at my house, so I never pulled the trigger. I sat on it for about a year and that's when I ran across Tom's name on the Nextdoor app. I decided to reach out to TM Remodeling And Renovation Services and he was extremely quick to get back to me, which I appreciated. We set up a date for him to come and take a look and do an estimate, and he showed up on time, and I immediately filled with ease with his personality, knowledge and experience. He took his time to answer any questions I had and then helped me work through my ideas of what I wanted to do with the space giving me pros and cons of each, as well as giving me ideas I hadn't thought of before. Through his recommendation, I had the whole door built through a local company and he came and did the install, and then did a few other small tasks for me. I have a list of things I want to do and now that I have found someone who's not only reliable, quick to communicate, and does excellent work, I will definitely be using him as much as I can! I would highly recommend!!!

Stay Away!!! I can't give less than 1 star or I would!…read more David is quite charming, don't be fooled, his work is suspect. He did my roof in April 2026 and failed to protect the roof adequately during a rainstorm and I sustained nearly $200,000 of damage to the interior of my home. Fortunately, my insurance is paying, but I will be unable to live in my home for 4-6 months. When he finished the roof, I was concerned about the quality of the roof work, so I hired another roofer to inspect Golden Top's work. The new roofer reported about 10 items that were incorrectly done or below industry standard. Armed with this report, I was able to get Golden Top to fix the items. If I hadn't gotten a new roofer to inspect and report, I never would have known how poor the work was. The worst of these was that Golden Top they had roofing nails penetrating through the exterior eaves all around the perimeter of my home. This is a major source of potential moisture damage. David agreed that is was not up to Industry Standards and agreed to repair it and he did. But he did a crappy job, and when I told him I was not satisfied, his comment to me was, "well, we are not painters. If you want to hire a painter to fix it, you can, but I am not paying for it." See photo of my finished eaves below - crappy paint job and left bare unpainted wood. All this and the roof and gutters with guards cost me over $90,000!!!!! You have been warned.
