If I could give 100 stars, I would!…read more Dr. Liu is an absolute wonderful human being and I will be going to her first anytime I have any health related issues. I've been struggling with chronic pain and health issues for the past few years. I have spent so much money and time in the Western Medicine system trying to diagnose and treat my pain and health issues. They barely listened to my concerns, let alone tried to get to the root of the issue. I was advised to see numerous specialists, restrict my diet, and take a ton of medicine. NONE of which helped me at all. I came to Dr. Liu as a last resort with a long list of my symptoms. During our consultation, Dr. Liu spent the appointment listening to my story, asking questions, and making me feel heard for the first time. After my first session with Dr. Liu (where I received Tui Na + Acupuncture), my posture was better, I felt lighter, and my symptoms reduced. ~2 months of routine treatment later, I am symptom and pain-free. I'm still in disbelief that the ~2.5 years I spent trying to figure this out with Kaiser resulted in NO progress, whereas ~2 months with Dr. Liu and I'm perfectly healthy again. THANK YOU Dr. Liu for not only the treatment but also for your compassionate care.

Dr.Liu treated me with a holistic approach and took into consideration my ongoing lower back pain as well, which was connected. She helped with both the physical and mental aspects of healing. She is always professional, kind, and a great listener. Thanks, Maystar!

By the time I got home, the pain reduced by 50% and my mobility was up. I haven't tried the Chinese herbal medicine portion of the clinic but I'm very interested and will probably look into it soon. Highly recommend dropping by if you're dealing with any type of pain.

I guess I could of called first when I first came but the reviews said that they take walk ins. A week later, for my second appointment, I came at 12:30pm. They had a sign that they don't take walk ins. Both appointments for some reason had me waited about 20-30 mins after check in before seeing me. I did give her feedback about why, and she said because the doctor was doing acupuncture. I think in the future they should plan that out if it was going to take longer or not. Overall the experience was great. Doctor is super chill and nice. Taking the medicine is a breeze. I like that it's in powder form so traveling to work is easy to take with just a cup of warm water in my thermal.

There was no one at the desk at first, but one of the acupuncturists soon came out and checked me in. She showed me where the restrooms were, asked me to take a seat and said my acupuncturist would soon be with me. My acupuncturist asked me some health questions in the private room where I was to have my treatment. She listened and didn't dismiss anything I said like my regular doctor often does. Then she explained where she would be inserting the needles and why. She also went into detail about what I could expect during the session, which I appreciated. Most of the needle insertions were painless, but a few hurt a bit. The pain went away quickly. The acupuncturist turned out the lights and left the room as I laid on my back on the table with the needles in me. I couldn't feel them as long as I didn't move. I'm not sure how long I laid there, but it was very warm and relaxing with gentle music playing. I almost fell asleep. I had a button I could press if I needed help and the acupuncturist checked on me a couple times. She removed the needles and then had me rollover on to my stomach for cupping on my upper back to help with pain relief in my neck and shoulders. After the session my migraine was gone and my neck and shoulder pain had decreased. I made several more appointments and look forward to them.
