This is the first and last acupuncture place I ever tried and will go to, after hurting my neck because of a car accident; I was constantly getting headaches and neck pains, came to this place to get the treatment; did 3 treatments, the staff was friendly, kind and attentive but I learned acupuncture is not for me, it's painful though the staff would pull the needles that were too painful, I still think its painful and not for me. Giving this place a 5 star since their customer service and treatment in itself was good (I jsut don't like needles inside me for that long but I recommend this place if acupuncture is your thing.

Dr. Ken is one of the best Acupuncturists I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few! He really takes the time to understand and listen to you before treatment and diagnosis. He is very considerate and even helped cook herbal medicine for me while he also cooked for his pregnant wife! Then mailed it to me because I moved further from Cupertino. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ken and his team. They have a great location in Cupertino with so many fresh herbs and medicine. No reservations so first come first serve. They are always very polite and gracious. The waiting room is large with plenty of seating. I have not had to wait more than 15-20 minutes at most. Parking on street can be hard during peak traffic but there's more parking around the corner. I have Dr. Ken to thank for my improved health and fertility!!

I was referred to this pharmacy by my Chinese medicine Dr. I never knew what to expect from an Eastern medicine pharmacy and I was blown away:) The team is organized, welcoming and friendly. They prepare the herbs professionally in-house and provid you with perfectly closed and sealed bags with herbal medicine. I can definitely say that the medicine is working!! I was so skeptical at first, until I saw immigrant results. Thank you Ken and the team!

Herbs galore! I was eating at a fish and chips nearby and saw the herbs at the windows and got curiosity to take at look and see if they had licorice root (not so easy to find except in Chinese stores, unless you are OK with tea with licorice from Whole Foods or Sprouts). I was impressed with the furniture, the person at the store said everything is imported from China, which gave me the impression of being in another locale. He showed different herbs and roots stored in Chinese porcelain jars. And yes, I got my licorice roots for just $1 a bag. Great deal, nice place. I am very healthy right now (happy me!) but if in need, i would not hesitate to also try the services of acupuncture like I have done in the past at other places.

I took Chinese herbs for weeks, but they didn't alleviate my pollen allergy or flu. I ended up taking antibiotics to recover from the flu.

If you have lingering cough, CCT is a great place to help fix the health issue. This is the second time I visit them, the result is great.

Ask the Community - Chong Ching Tang

Hello, Could you please confirm if the medicines given by you are vegan and vegetarian friendly? I assume all medicines given by you are plant derived, correct? Kindly confirm since I cannot take animal derived products.

Most of the herbs are vegetarian friendly. However, we would ask our patient if he/she is vegetarian or not before we prescribe.

Has anyone gotten a treatment for skin condition? My daughter has keratosis pilaris (bumpy skin).

Can you treat ringing ears and dizziness with acupuncture or herbal medication?

I've been coming to see Olivia and David for over 10 years and they are both very skilled and gifted acupuncturist!! They are both very caring, and no up-to-date medical information. David also likes to make a number of herbal tees, tinctures, and solves! I'm so lucky to have found them!! I suggest everybody at least check them out!! plus I love their new Sunnyville Office. It's closer for me. Lol they also have an office in Brentwood California in case you're in the East Bay!!

From the pristine state of the shop to the warm hospitality I received from the moment I entered, this place is definitely a shop I'll be returning to often. The staff are remarkably friendly and genuinely helpful, playing a huge role in making the experience smooth as silk. I came in with a prescription from abroad and with their help we managed to figure out a dosage to start me off with. I do appreciate that they gave me a small supply to trial things (just to see if it works) rather than trying to sell me up on a larger batch. Staff were focused on what I needed and thoroughly explained things rather than trying to make a quick buck; we discussed symptoms to verify medication appropriateness, double checked on whether the pricing made sense for my prescription dosage, and even reminded me to drink hot water for my headaches. It also helps that they know both Mandarin and Cantonese to boot, so between all these factors I certainly feel like I can trust them to know their stuff and treat folks with respect. Even on the financial front, a week's supply of medication for $40 is competitive with prices back in Hong Kong, so pretty much everything seems top notch. We'll see whether the dosage is about right, but Willie promptly gave his card to me just in case I had questions or if anything didn't make sense. Their customer service is worth praising and I plan on being a regular here.
