The hours are incorrect here as they were open later into the day for lunch, but I forgot to snap a photo of the hours. This Einstein Bro's Bagel is located right when you turn to the right after TSA inspection. Across from the Dunkin' Donuts kiosk. Since it was a bit later in the morning, near noon, most of their more popular bagels were sold out (6 cheese, Everything, etc.). There is seating inside this establishment, but you can always just grab and go take a seat where your gate is. There's also some grab and go snacks and beverages here. Workers are pretty efficient. I got their Asiago bagel toasted with their jalapeno salsa smear. Nice and smooth and creamy, but not spicy in the slightest. Decent bagel, a tad pricy but to be expected in the airport.

Nice service. Was quick and ok price (for airport) $10. I asked if they had an item on regular menu that was not on airport menu.. and they were able to make it for me. So I was happy with purchase :)

I love the customer service I received from Mikayla she was very sweet and forward. I love the lox bagels at this location but for some reason it didn't hit like it used to! But still a good option for a morning breakfast. This area is always so clean with some good seating available. The only thing I would add to their menu is the lox have smoked salmon which it didn't show on the item description I would love to see them add it since some people don't know what lox is! Anywho about my dish I got the nova lox with everything bagel seasoning. Definitely could share if I wanted to since it filled me right up just eating one side. Everything bagel seasoning, cream cheese, capers, red onions and tomato.. it's good but doesn't look good when it comes to my picture BUT it does the job of a good breakfast option!

We were flying out of Ontario Airport to Kahului, Maui, and needed to grab breakfast before we boarded. I got a turkey sausage and cheddar egg sandwich on a jalapeno cheese bagel. The service was quick, and our bagels were good.

Food was just okay.... I ordered an avocado, bacon & turkey on a cheddar bagel....bacon was cold.... I over heard them complaining ... the oven and the toaster wasn't working... On my way to Tennessee soooo ‍ not a lot of choice's....

Brisket sandwich on the wrong type of bagel. One of many errantly entered orders.

Food is good, though over-priced. The older woman who is always at the register is the worst. Repeatedly rude, can't get an order right to save her soul. And never apologizes or tries to correct the order. She needs to stop wandering around and start tending to customers.

"Roasted tomato spread" does not imply firey hot chipotle mayo.

Staff were wonderful, food was fresh and appetizing. I'm dinging them 2 stars because the Turkey bacon, avocado bagel came with an effing hot chipotle mayonnaise on it. Nothing in the description led me to think fire, spicy, zesty, etc. Cm'on corporate folks, give us effing accurate descriptions of your products. I threw away half of my sandwich, after suffering as long as I could.

Really great service and super quick. There was a longer line when I got there but I was in and out within 10 minutes. Coffee was made immediately by a sweet Hispanic girl and bagel was out a couple minute later.

Had a couple coffee drinks here and they weren't strong enough for me. Hubby had double egg & ham sandwich on sesame bagel. Sandwiches here are consistently good according to hubby. Cashier was friendly and fast. Solid breakfast place at this airport!

This is my favorite breakfast stop whenever I'm flying out of Ontario Airport. The lines can be long, but since I usually travel early in the morning and have plenty of time before boarding, I don't mind waiting for one of their delicious jalapeño cheese bagels. The coffee is always excellent, and the service is friendly despite how busy it gets. The place is well-maintained and clean, which I really appreciate. I love coming here!

2 TINY pieces of lox. This is not the standard from EB, and they didn't get my bagel right either.

Employees are nice and they work a large number of people fairly well. I stop here every time flying out of ONT is the morning. Today the cashier repeated my order back to me - lox sandwich on everything bagel, toasted. After waiting a really long time, I got 2 of the smallest pieces of lox I've ever been served. I order this at every EB, so I know it is not the correct portion, and certainly not worth the cost. I had a tomato slice with the core/stem and a plain bagel. Had it not been toasted I would've taken the whole mess back to them, but they were slammed so I ate what they gave me. Please train your staff on the correct portion for the lox order and remind to read the order, not assume.

The good....... The place was clean even in a rush. The service was semi fast even in a rush. They had two employees and a manager on duty yet they still were putting out bagels efficiently. I was kinda impressed by their ability to work as a team. The bad........ This one is in the airport, so the prices are a kings ransom. I paid $8 for a simple sausage and egg bagel sandwich. Then to add insult to injury the register asked for a tip. To further complicate things the register offered three preset options and you had to tap through two more minutes to get to the "no tip" prompt. This may sound terrible but I'm not tipping fast food, especially when I have to do 90% of the work. I'm sorry but I've had my full of digital ransoms and unexpected taxes added to everything in the form of automated tipping requests.

They're famous for turkey hand-pulled in house, using Russian dressing on a plurality of their menu & gigantic sides of fries. Portion sizes are hearty despite the cost.** (scroll down for more on that) Staff is excellent! Jesus knew his protein counts and answered all my questions. Ana's very warm & patient. She also made sure I had hot fries without me even asking! She checked them before calling my name & basically said "yea if it's not right, it doesn't go out." (THIS is how it's done, FREDDY'S, ya finks.) Atmosphere is cozy but the store is small with no outdoor seating. Avoid peak lunch times if you want to eat in. **Though I love the food, I subtracted a start for cost. They're not cheap. It's around $4 ontop of the cost of a sandwich to combo. Salads looks delicious but a side salad (with protein) is $8 & no discount for removing protein. HOWEVER, portions are substantial as stated above. Medium pastrami is 7 oz of meat. (Small is 5 oz.) *might very for different sandwiches. Not sure.* I ordered medium eating alone as an experiment. I took half my sandwich home. (My meat wad pictured below. Get your mind out the gutter.) You can easily split med or large items & the small fries are basically comparable chains' large (pictured here). The portion size helps make it attainable. They also add various peppers (CHERRY PEPPERS!!) for free. Options displayed at the register. Still worth it! Bring a buddy.

The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were a good size, and they definitely weren't stingy with the protein. We got a medium BLT and a Bacon Chicken Ranch sandwich, and both were really good. Everything came out to only $32, which I thought was a great price for the amount of food we got. The service was also great--everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick. The only thing I would say they could improve is the menu. It's mounted pretty high up and the print is a little small, making it hard to read. Overall, definitely a good sandwich spot and I'd come back if I'm in the area again!

The lovely host at the counter knew her dishes and helped us make a selection. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, and he had the salmon roll (easily one of the best sandwiches he's had in a while). Everything was flavorful, fresh, and just really well done. (We overheard the chef talking with another guest about how everything is made from scratch in house using the freshest ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference). I ordered a hamburger that was absolutely terrible. The bread was big and bulky and hard, the meat. patty was dry and hard as a rock. It had no sauce/no pickles & one tiny little piece of onion. My husband ordered a pastrami sandwich, which did not have much pastrami in it, the fries were not cooked. They were not crispy. They were pretty much floppy and raw. The young lady working there must have been new because she did not know how to work the cash register. There was a young guy that came out from the kitchen and started talking to another one of customers and his girlfriend. The employee started asking the customer about their relationship... Not professional at all. Worst pastrami sandwich, worst burger & worst fries.

Nice menu, and a pretty adorable server who spoke little English. That's OK. I spotted things on the menu I knew I would love. After all, this is not my first Peruvian rodeo! Aguadito de Pollo - aka a green chicken soup. The broth is incredibly green, the result of pulverized cilantro to which have been added generous amounts of chicken, rice, vegetables, Peruvian corn, ginger. Lovely tasting, and welcoming on a Winter's day. The bowl was huge. Half was destined to come home with me. Tamales peruano, chicken. My personal favorite amongst all tamales from our southern neighbors, the masa is more refined, tender and moist. The masa was seasoned impeccably and had tender chunks of chicken throughout, not to mention the mandatory black olive and slice of hard boiled egg on top, all wrapped in a rectangle with a banana leaf, then steamed. Mmmmm. So good! Perfecto. Lastly, the Milanesa de pollo. This is an entire boneless chicken breast that has been breaded with delicate panko crumbs, and perfectly fried to keep the chicken very moist and tender. It covered the entire platter, but was served with rice and some insanely perfect fries that I dare anyone to just eat one. This comes highly recommended. The crowning touch was the thinly sliced red onions that have been soaked to remove the harsh onion flavor then marinated in lime juice. These came with the tamale and the milanesa and are completely irresistable. Yes, eat them with abandon! This was a great discovery. Even though the dining area is just a few tables, I have no hesitation in saying we will enthusiastically return with our family in tow.
