Came by this morning to buy breakfast for a client and their employees. They were out of nearly every standard bagel. You were forced to buy the bagels that were .60 cents more with no offer of price adjustment. Employees are rude and seemed put out that they were having to get plastic-ware when I asked. Alpharetta is a booming town but they were not very crowded. Looking at reviews now I see why. Unless you like being treated poorly and paying more for premium bagels (lol) because they are out of regular bagels be their unwanted guest. read more

I'm not much of a bagel person but Einsteins has got it down...efficient and tasty. I've been hitting this place up recently for client meetings, quite a lot actually. They are prepared for the rush in the morning, which I like! Walk in, "Dozen Bagels To Go" and they have you out the door in just minutes. They usually have boxes full of random flavored bagels out and ready. Just pick out your cream cheese and pay. What a great way to start the morning... I love the smell of the bread and such...wish i was more of a morning eater (and a morning person). Menu has a good mix of everything, including some healthy alternatives. Staff is very courteous and they work fast. Much Appreciated! I enjoy a smile in the morning even though I can barely crack one myself. Very clean location as well. I've never seen many tables with garbage or anything. They take pride in their store,which is nice! I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. When I have come into this store, the customer service was pretty good, the store was decent, and the bagels were very tasty. My office periodically has one or the other of us bring in bagels for the office, and when we do, we all love it. I haven't yet tried the bagel place mentioned on McFarland road, but this one is darn good, in my opinion. We usually get the takeout boxes of a dozen bagels, however, and those are generally not heated or spread with schmear. Perhaps I should try getting a bagel which has been. read more

This is one of the two bagel places I eat at regularly, and I've normally had good experiences. I find the bagels to be dense and flavorful (which is what one generally expects in a bagel, I think). My one complaint: The standard at Einstein's (all locations I've been at) for a "toasted" bagel isn't what I call toasted at all... it's basically just warmed up. Absolutely horrible. Coffee is watered down. Even the dark roast! My bagel had remnants of previously made bagels on it due to the person never wiping the knife off. Bagel was cold and super small also. Horrible experience. read more

I order either a honey wheat bagel or whole wheat bagel with cinnamon sugar butter every. Single. Time. Somehow, its always wrong. Always. The staff is slow as heck with no regard to their customers time. Come on, they're bagels.. it doesnt take 20min. The product I typically get is either a completely different bagel altogether or a lazy mans version. Get the bagel, mix the cinnamon sugar and butter, spread it on the bagel, and toast it. 10min tops. Not rocket science. Ill never ever come back. Please get new staff. read more

Stop by this bagel shop on a Friday mid-morning to eat a late breakfast it as well as get a cup of coffee. At one point there were a number of Einstein Bagel shops in around Atlanta but management elected to close a number of them including the one that was located near my neighborhood. Business travels taking me to Dallas Texas where I enjoyed dining several mornings at a number of Einstein bagel shops in the Metroplex. Having no issues with the now-closed location in my neighborhood as well as the Dallas Texas locations, I decided why not go and experience this location Entering the store I found a total of three customers dining and there were six people standing in line and I was the seventh customer. I guess due to my oversight I proceeded to go to the cash register or computer terminal where it says order here and the one to my immediate left said payment here but unfortunately all six customers were at the pay here now window so I then went over there and stood for a while and there's no movement despite for associates standing behind the two cash registers and there was one person walking around making bagels and calling out customer names / orders. After standing around for 11 minutes and nobody took my order I decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

Was there for 5 minutes two of your staff members looked straight at me and kept doing what they are doing. The cashier didn't help and a forth person came out and went to another customer, not even in line, and started going back and forth on how the cashier looked like a young Michael Jackson. People have to work and don't have time for this nonsense. I love Einstein Bagles good thing is that I am moving back to VA in two weeks so I will never probably go to this location again, but teach your damn staff you hire some customer service and don't name them wait for five plus minutes while they talk about utter nonsense! read more

Questionable service and food.... Maybe one eatery that should remain closed during the pandemic or afterwards. Went in for coffee and some food and there were many people waiting to be served. Coffee was good but lukewarm. The bagel with sausage, egg and cheese took forever - as many of us patiently waited for our food. The food was good, not great and admittedly I was surprised at the people who waited. I like their bagels but the service isn't good. I ordered a dozen bagels on Thursday at 1 to be picked up Friday morning. When I arrived on Friday they weren't ready. I returned at 10:45 and bought the dozen. When I opened the box there were only 11 bagels. I will not be going to this location again. read more

Was subjected to poor service and dirty surroundings. I remember when Einstein bagels was actually a pleasure to go to. The franchise has gone so downhill, that it just seems gross. The employees seen to hate their job, and the woman at the counter actually told me and a client to calm down because we questioned as to why there was no coffee in the coffee station. She said and that she didn't have enough time to make it, but still "calm dow". I'm actually going to call customer service this morning. We just looked at each other, and will never come back. This place grosses me out! Females with long hair have their hair worn down and one girl didn't have on a hat. When I was there is must have been cleaning time because a girl had a broom and another a duster. The girl with the duster was behind the counter on the food prep line dancing and shaking her duster so that dust could fly all over the food. Absolutely disgusting. And, we saw the manager on duty so apparently he doesn't seem to care. read more

Service is exceptional! Everyone is always helpful and carries a big smile on their faces. The Assistant Manager Quierra is very nice and makes you feel a part of the EBB family! The place is always clean and fresh, yes in the morning they're packed but there must be a reason why they're packed right?‍ Plus, they move as fast as they can. Was in a panic. Trying to impress the boss and my team for our annual goal setting breakfast. I placed the order on line and starting praying. I usually have reservations about on line orders that go into a black hole. Also, I was asking for a 6:30 AM pick up and I am not awake at that hour, let alone expecting the order to be correct and ready. I was so pleasantly surprised. The order was waiting for me. Einstein have a decent menu. But more often than not the staff let the brand and product down. It's been nearly 7months since I visited this location. There appears to be an improvement. However, being a long weekend Friday, the morning rush isn't that bad and that makes the staff look better! The staff need to listen to the customers requirements clearly instead of creating an impression that the customer needs to speed it up a bit because the next customer is more important than the one currently being served. I'll give this location one more shot during a rush morning and see if I am adequately enticed back as a regular customer. read more

We stopped in here for lunch the other day. At lunch time, the place isn't very crowded and they did not have a huge bagel selection (at least not the time we went). It's a pretty large place and they actually have plenty of seating. They offer both fountain and bottled drinks which is nice. For my meal, I went with their turkey and cheddar sandwich which comes on your choice of bagel. I went with their jalapeño cheddar bagel. I was impressed how spicy the jalapeños on the bagel were. It was a pretty good flavor combination. The sandwich itself was pretty good. It was tasty and fresh. I will say that the bagel was more "roll-isn" than the bagels I'm used to. The bagels here were nowhere near as good as the ones I'm used to having in the NJ/NY area (for what it's worth, NY has much better bagels than NJ). The turkey was good and there was a decent amount. It wasn't overstuffed but it wasn't on the stingy side, either. I'd have no issues coming back here again for a quick lunch. You also got a side with your sandwich and I chose the side of fruit. This location has gotten my order wrong a total of 6 times. I will continue going here because it's close to where I work, but I hope I will finally start to remember to check my order before I leave, because I know for certain that they don't. Customer for Life! I had the best customer experience here today thanks to Kiara (sp?)!! I planned to work here today and redeem my free bagel & shmear and then buy a coffee. So I get to the location (20 min from my house) and I realize I forgot my wallet and I only had $5 in cash so I still had enough to pay for my coffee. So I tell this to Kiara while ordering and she redeems my free bagel & shmear and also redeems a free mug with coffee for me (it's a promotion they are having this Feb). So my order was $0...I told her I absolutely don't mind paying for my coffee because I had the $5 but she didn't take it. I mean, seriously, she was so amazing, I'm definitely coming back again and again. I get to work from home a good amount this month and I often go to a coffee shop just to get out of the house so I'll definitely make it a point to come here to spend my money in the future. This location has really good bagels, but the first time I came here it took about 10 minutes to get our food. The store wasn't busy AT ALL, but somehow took them 10 minutes. Today I went in for a second time, while on my 30 minute break from work. I waited for a blueberry bagel with cream cheese for 25 MINUTES and there was only a Short line in front of me. I was infuriated, I had to get back to work in 5 minutes, and I almost left without my food because it was taking so long. read more

Place is close to work so convenient to stop by, but the customer service is awful with the morning manager being the rudest. They rush around and act inconvenienced by you wanting to place an order. Will have to find a new place as the convenience doesn't make up for the rude start to your day. Sad. read more
