I was told the doctor had just arrived, which raises the question: why schedule appointments if the doctor is consistently late? When I asked why this happens so frequently, the staff explained that the doctor is supposed to arrive on time, but clearly, that's not the case. It seems the doctor has little regard for her patients' time and shows up whenever she feels like it. I take time off work to be here, and they can't even show the courtesy of being on time. I will not be returning, as this delay happens every single time, regardless of how busy they are. I do not recommend this office.

At 1145 I get a call thinking it's time to be seen and was advised the dentist didn't feel comfortable performing the extraction due to his medical history. I lost a days work since I took off to bring him and this DrCastillo that I've never met decided to make that call after spending an hour and half in your waiting room to received no service. To say I am beyond pissed is an understatement. To be inconvenienced twice is ridiculous. The 1st was receiving a call the Wednesday before his scheduled procedure on Saturday that I needed to bring him in for an x ray. When I arrived, I squelched the urge to judge a book by its cover and decided to give this place a try. Besides, my insurance company would not steer me wrong...would they?!? And sometimes hole-in-the-wall establishments are the best ones, right?! Wrong!!! I was having pain, so I stayed. I made sure that everything appeared sterilized and came out of fresh packages before I settled in for my fillings, but after 2 sessions to do the fillings, and 3 more sessions to fix the fillings because they were causing me pain or falling out, I have decided that I just cannot return here and cannot recommend this place. I am almost embarrassed to admit that I had dental work done here, but I feel I must share my experience.
