Our first visit was amazing! My son had X-rays, teeth cleaning and dentist visit all done within an hour.

The staff and dentist are all very nice and answer questions you have with great detail and the prices are within reason. Both of my girls go there and will continue to go there for dental work. Highly recommend Texas All Smiles read more

All I can say is excellent my son loves it there. The staff is great. I highly recommend.

Texas all smiles has done a fantastic job with my children's dental needs. The staff is so helpful and very kind especially when something came up and we had to reschedule once they were kind and quick to make a appointment at the time needed. So grateful that my children actually like going to this dentist, they're not afraid!! That's a big bonus!! The appointment time and wait time is beyond great. Their restroom facilities are always clean and have a baby changing table to accommodate your needs. They're awesome! read more

Place is called Texas "ALL" Smiles and the website says "dentist services for all ages" yet when you call they only offer services for people 20 and under. Maybe get a new name. read more

This review is based only on customer service/office staff, and not on the dentist. Why? Because we didn't even make it that far to meet the dentist. I will explain. My 5 year old has severe anxiety, and we were working on getting her in a better atmosphere than the last dentist. I was actually looking forward to this visit because of all the great reviews. So, it was such a disappointment to learn that the staff seems to lack customer empathy. I did receive a phone call the day before and noted 1 parent at a time. I can appreciate that, but also didn't realize that it was 1 parent in the whole freaking building. Most dental places allow a parent in the lobby and only 1 when they go back (which was my understanding in the phone call). However, the policy is not the issue in this review. Let's get to that. My husband was literally just walking us in to help me with my daughter as I sign in. He was going to leave in just a minute anyways. The receptionist didn't even let me talk to explain this correctly, she asked my husband to leave without taking note of the situation. This shouldn't even have been said. If she was listening to me or had empathy, she would have heard that he was leaving and was only here to help, and not impatiently run him off. It was a slap in the face, because the whole point of going to this dentist was to see if they had the patience needed to help with my daughter's anxiety and to get her fixed up. It was clear from the first moment that they did not. I asked her to cancel my appointment and she asked if it was to be rescheduled, and I said no. I walked out, but then walked back in to let her know we will find another dentist. When in the car, before completely leaving, we decided to talk to a manager and just voice our frustration and maybe feel better to go back inside. Nope... She just kept repeating the policy over and over again, which just made us more flustered. To those reading this, you may think that I was frustrated over something minor; however, that first encounter (especially when finding the right dentist to fit your little one's needs), makes a big decision. For, if the office staff is this impatient, how well would they empathize and handle a child that is strong willed with anxiety? Also, shoving my husband out the door without even letting us talk and sign in is absolutely horrible for any business. There has got to be a balance between having safety policies in place to the actual state of the business. There was literally 3 people in the lobby, I could have taken a picture to show. It was not overcrowded. I did not ask to bend the policy, he was literally leaving anyways. It was the actually worry about a presence instead of why the presence was there that bothered me. Do Better, this was a chance to really help a family out in a special circumstance when needed, and you were more worried about a body presence than the situation. You had no clue what issues there were..smh. read more

Took my son here and yes i was surprised on the wait time being so short because there was so many people. The waiting room was spacious. The Doctor and the staff explained everything to us in simple detail. The procedure did take a bit because my son was giving the staff a hard time because he was so young and scared but the staff calmed him and reassured us. It was done in no time. The staff gives the kids a little bag of goodies(tooth brush stickers ect) and are professional and polite. read more

Literally the worst dental office I've ever been to. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The front office staff was extremely pleasant, however the clinical staff and the Dr. himself were a joke. The staff looked as if they hated their life and job and didn't give me the time of day to answer a single question or concern I had about my child's treatment. Also, diagnosed my child as having 8 cavities (so they could bill the insurance I'm sure), when in fact she has zero cavities. Verified by a NEW dentist. Disgusting and illegal. read more

YES, this is one of few places in the area who accept state insurances. But that doesn't discredit their quality of work, ethic or environment. IF for whatever reason you don't like the decor, locations, years of experience, certifications, and their amazing level of patience for a scared child (or adult)..then pick somewhere else! If you chose them for insurance reasons...you still have options. YES, they are super friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I've never felt more relaxed (even if unmedicated in a dentists office/chair ) "it's like pulling teeth" isn't a saying intended for optimal comfort. No matter the level of sedation there will be pain and everyone tolerates it differently. A positive attitude goes a long way. YES, they will make sure you as a parent don't disrupt a procedure in progress because ITS FOR YOUR CHILDS SAFETY...MAYBE PAY ATTENTION TO THE CONSENT FORMS! Reading some of the review on here is insane..I'v been coming to this office for years, they've treated my entire family amazingly. Dr. S and the entire staff are great at what they do. read more

So my daughter was approved to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled and she would be put under. She arrived today to be told only two would be extracted and she would not be put under .she called me in a panic So I called Texas all smiles and they said that they don't do four teeth at a time and the never put anyone under .That they didn't have enough time and they didn't know if she could handle all for to be done at once .So we decided to go ahead with the removal of two teeth they then went back and said my daughter wasted too much time n said they couldn't do it at all and for her too leave and gave her another dentist to go too also while I was on the phone with my daughter and them they were saying rude things about us in Spanish not realizing my daughter can speak Spanish and understood all of the rude things they were saying very unprofessional and unorganized. Wouldn't take my dog there for dental work.Would not recommend to anyone ever read more

I've been taking my son there, I didn't and don't have any issues nor problems. Dr. "s"....was just freaking awesome! Can't make everyone happy especially if your kids have no structure nor discipline. I see kids telling the parents what to do screaming and crying before even going to see dr..., parents are their phones while staff is trying to talk to them. It's clean and organized. You wanna know then you just need see yourself--- I have no complaints. read more

I would just like to say. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone. The staff from the front desk to the people that clean your teeth are AMAZING. I have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work. read more

DO NOT VISIT TEXAS ALLSMILES!!! (especially if you have small children!) I've TRIED very hard to give this place a fair shake...so, after FOUR visits up there and STILL no relief for my poor son (who has cavities and a dead (rotting) front tooth (from a fall) and in horrible pain -- the poor child complains DAILY!)...I'm finally giving up and giving this place a HUGE thumbs down in their overall competence! Yes, Dr. Stroumpos (the owner) has reached out to me and went out of his way to compel me to give them another chance (which led me to amend my original review...), but after this last visit and COUNTLESS wasted hours...we're done. My wife and I have SIX small children; a six year-old, a four year-old, THREE two year-old triplets, and a seven month-old. Getting ANY child to ANY appointment is an INCREDIBLE exercise in patience (to say the least...). Having to orchestrate this FOUR times with them wanting us to schedule a FIFTH visit is asinine! A summary of our visits: Visit 1: My son and I wait (on the floor, due to an overcrowded waiting room) for almost two hours only NOT to be seen! Visit 2: Dr. Stroumpos compels us to bring my son and the rest of the children back for a "second chance." This visit went quite well...we scheduled the follow-up visits for over a month out. Visit 3: We waited for about an hour only to be told that "Dr. Stroumpos was supposed to be here already. He hasn't called and we can't get a hold of him..." Rescheduled for ANOTHER MONTH OUT (while my son waits in pain...! Visit 4: I left Dr. Stroumpos a frustrated message expressing my dissatisfaction and he was able to reschedule us for the next week. The same day, his office calls and says they have an opening for a few days out...even better, right? Nope. We get there and they are FLABBERGASTED by the fact that my two year-old son will NOT take the oral sedation medicine that they are trying to administer. They then tell me that after attempting to administer the medicine, they cannot try again the same day. I ask to speak to the Dr. (assuming it was Dr. Stroumpos) and speak to some other woman who tells me she isn't licensed to administer the meds any other way. When I ask her about the other children that don't want to take bad tasting medicine orally she snidely replies that "most" one year-olds and two year-olds do. I inform her that I have SIX of my own...and NONE of them have! She tells me that we have to reschedule AGAIN! I then let her know how DIFFICULT it is to get the planets to align to get these children into an appointment...she says "she understands..." RIGHT. I ask her how many kids she has...thinking she MUST have a bunch to truly be "empathizing" with me...she has ONE. If we would have known that this was the ONLY way they could administer medicine to my son...we would have waited for Dr. Stroumpos. In my opinion...the staff of Texas Allsmiles dropped the ball...AGAIN. As far as "Visit 5"...we'll be looking for another dentist that can complete this work competently...I would advise that YOU do the same (especially if you have small children!). read more

I drove 30minutes to an 1130 appointment (girl tried to find every excuse in the book. To NOT schedule on the phone) I arrived at 11:31 an they said I couldn't be seen. The office manager hung up on me! The previous post is correct the office staff is classless & rude , I'm registering a BBB complaint also. read more

Don't make the mistake we made and choose your dentist based upon their hours of operation. We waited for hours, despite having an appointment. They ordered a crown for my daughter and then rescheduled it's delivery so many times that I finally picked it up and took it and my child to another dentist. Despite working for hours to attempt to make their shoddy crown work, it would not fit. The new dentist also had to work to remove bits of broken tooth and prescribe antibiotics to clear up infection from the crap work of the dentist at Texas All Smiles. They are butchers and I wouldn't take a dog there for a cleaning. If I could give zero starts, I certainly would. read more

My children have been patient's of Dr. S for several years. I have four children and they all love coming to Texas All Smiles. The staff is always friendly and very attentive and responsive to my needs as a parent. It feels good knowing that we are going to a doctors off where not only the staff but the physician/dentist knows you. Dr. S always asks about my children, how school and sports going. That means a lot to both ne and my kids, it lets us know that he thinks of us as people not just "patients". His bedside manner is unbelievable, he always makes sure the kids are comfortable and that all of our needs are met. I would recommend him and this practice to anyone. A big thank you to Dr. S and his amazing staff for making us feel welcomed. Keep up the good work. read more

After going to Dr.Stroumpos for years, we are leaving because of his ego. DO NOT question this man or you will get on his bad side! He refused to speak to me when I brought my son in to get a temporary crown glued back on (this was done by the dental assistant). My son had an X-ray of his tooth and the dental assistant said the dentist would be in shortly to discuss the x-ray with me. He never came in to tell me the results/findings. I asked to speak with him and told several of the staff that I had a question. They told me he was not going to speak to me and that the office manager would talk to me in the front. After getting us to the front, the office manager wasn't even there!! I told them again that I would like to talk to the doctor. The office person said that he was not going to come out to talk to me. He didn't even have the courtesy to speak to a concerned parent who had an important question! I am extremely disappointed in Dr.Stroumpos! read more
