But the age tofu that I'm used to had a much lighter batter which i prefer. The spring rolls were a tad cool to touch- and mushy inside ( feels like something frozen then fried and left there - then lightly refried. ) not made fresh to order. We ordered the Kasumi and Nebraska. Sushi was well wrapped- combination of rice to ingredients ratio was good. Sriracha on sushi was a little odd. There was nothing savory or satisfying to it at all. The bowl was about room temperature. The broth tasted almost like lukewarm water had been poured into the bowl to clean some leftovers. The prices are shockingly high for this kind of food. A ramen bar is supposed to be fast, reasonably priced, and satisfying. The one bright spot of my meal were the tiny spring rolls they offered that afternoon as a special for half off. They were warm and crispy at least.
