The drivers are always clear, stone cold sober ( sorry in big cities I sometimes get a whiff of booze from driver) which makes me not want to get in shuttle. Here in Longmont the Green Ride drivers and clear, coherent, friendly and great energy and attitude. They always offer you a water bottle and are tuned in. Punctual. Clean Vans! Very service oriented they always help me with my bags. I'm fond of all the drivers but my favorite is Laura. She always goes the extra mile to ensure all is well. Also, I am deaf which can make it difficult to communicate clearly, these wonderful drivers and especially Laura are always patient and clear doing whatever necessary to make sure I understand what's going on. Other service leave me in the dark which can be stressful when traveling. I have many guests and don't own a car, I am always happy to refer them to Green Ride to get to airport. I know they will be well taken care of. My only suggestion is minor tech stuff I feel can be easily fixed. Often the website doesn't take my debit card and I have to pay cash. I know there is money on card it's just a weird little thing. Also, I have been told by several Of my hearing friends there is one receptionist who is difficult to understand and seems to struggle to understand specifics. I regularly visit my elderly parents in Longmont and rarely need to rent a car. Longmont Shuttle gets me where I need to go. The vans are clean and safe, the drivers courteously, friendly and helpful and the overall service excellent. They track your flight and when there is a delay automatically book you for the next shuttle time. They will text you to let you know driver is on the way and when they arrive. Communication is excellent and online booking simple. I only wish they ran every hour instead of every two hours, but then it might not be so affordable, so plan flights accordingly to minimize wait times. The daily round trip for treatments between her home in Longmont and the hospital is 100 miles. My daughter doesn't drive and her loving hubby was burning through his FMLA benefit at work. He had been taking time off of work since the discovery of the tumors in April to take his wife to her numerous (and scary) medical appointments and treatments. When I returned to Chicago, a friend asked if I had researched whether there was any shuttle or transport services similar to what we've seen in our hometown. The next morning, Sunday, I sent an email to a couple transport service companies based in the Boulder/Longmont area looking for resources. Within an hour, Simon, had responded to me and he immediately proposed a transport solution that would support both my daughter's daily medical treatments and her hubby's dwindling benefit days. Not knowing him or his company, she put her faith in Eight Black for the next 6 weeks. Today, this round of radiation treatment is over. My daughter had put her trust in Eight Black's hands and they took care of her like their own. This man and his company were angels sent from heaven at a very scary and challenging time as he and his team executed flawlessly (and daily) just as he proposed.
