They tried to show me other options that I had no interest in, either because of the price or the color. I came for a specific unit that I was told would be available for $13,500.Then Oliver showed me a 2026 model for $17,500. When I asked for a breakdown, the total came out to $25,000 after all the crazy fees i didnt know exist. That was shocking. I asked to speak with the manager, Ben, to explain my frustration and why I was leaving upset, and he became hostile and defensive, even raising his voice in front of my kid. They won't call you and tell you your scooter is fixed or tell you the cost to fix it until it's already done. About two weeks later, I received a phone call from the manager at the Lake Mary store. It seems that the VIN number in my scooter was recorded in error from this store when sold. The scooter with the correct VIN number was sold but could not be registered due to the managers error. So the manager asked if they could send someone out to pick up my title and have the DMV issue a new title for my scooter and a title for the scooter they sold. I agreed and 3 months later I'm still waiting for a title. Manager at Lake Mary says that he mailed it but I never received it. Now I have to go to the DMV, pay for a new title, take time off of work, and a waste of my time. All this to be helpful to Wild Hogs. These people are terrible. Promise you everything until they get what they want and then leave you out in the cold. I can't imagine what their service is on warranty items since they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even the owners do not reply to emails trying to explain the issues. I wouldn't buy a thing from these people. Find somewhere else to go!
