On Wednesday I called about a 2025 GP Supercharger Jet Ski in black that was listed online for…read more$13,500. That same day I was told it had already been sold, but they had the same model available in blue and white (bait). It wasn't my preferred color, but it didn't look bad, and they offered to work on the price and include a trailer, so I agreed to come in on Saturday. On Thursday they called me repeatedly asking if I could come in that same day, even "jokingly"suggesting I cancel a personal appointment. On Friday, the manager, Ben, texted me asking for my information to "start the process." I made it clear I preferred to handle everything in person and review the numbers first before anything else.On Saturday Ben texted me asking me if I was coming. I said I was on my way, coming from Kissimmee. After driving 1 hour and 45 minutes, I arrived and Oliver told me the Jet Ski had been sold. Unbelievable. They tried to show me other options that I had no interest in, either because of the price or the color. I came for a specific unit that I was told would be available for $13,500.Then Oliver showed me a 2026 model for $17,500. When I asked for a breakdown, the total came out to $25,000 after all the crazy fees i didnt know exist. That was shocking. I asked to speak with the manager, Ben, to explain my frustration and why I was leaving upset, and he became hostile and defensive, even raising his voice in front of my kid. I asked to end the conversation right there because my 8-year-old son was with me, and I didn't want him to witness that kind of behavior, i did walk away. The lack of professionalism and respect from the manager speaks volumes. Then 3 minutes after i drive away he called me from this number +1 (386) 218-0508 to apologize for his behavior, stating he didn't know anything about what was going on, so he asked me to come back so he could make me a good deal. I said right now I don't feel good after what just happened ((he's a lucky man he still has his job and I'm not in jail)). I will not be returning to this place. If you no longer have the product a customer is asking about, stop that calling and pushing them to come in just to try to sell something else(BAIT). My time and gas are valuable, and I was there with my young son when I could have been anywhere else.Very disappointing experience. Here are the 4 numbers that were either texting me or calling me: (386) 218-0508 (386) 855-8604 (386) 564-8949 (386) 260-2052

They portray very well the character of harry wormwood from the film Matilda. I don't regret that I purchased a bike from Wormwood motors, sorry I meant from DeLand Motorsports and Outdoor; my regret is that I didn't buy it from nationalpowersports.net

I wish I had seen some more reviews of this guy (Tom High) before I wasted over 8 years and $15,000…read morewith this guy. I wanted to restore my deceased dads 1960 R69 BMW, and I contacted him. At first he seemed like a good choice and he told me that it might take a few years until he could start working on it. All good so far. In 2-3 years he called me and asked for $5000 because he had started working on it. Great I thought. Several months later he asked for another $5000. Good we must be making progress. Many months later he asked and I sent another $5000. At that time I asked when will it be done assuming it must be close to finished. He replied "Done?, I just have it completely apart". I told him that in the beginning I could swear he said it would be around $15,000 or so to do and he then said "Oh no, probably closer to $30,000 - $35,000 but don't worry it will be worth that much". I was shocked but felt I needed to let him finish with few other options. Unfortunately, it only got worse. He actually took it apart in the first 3-4 years he had it, and then virtually stopped working on it. I live in Ohio and I would visit Florida about every 6 months to check for any progress and every time all I got were excuses with no progress. He assured me "he would get it done" even when I told him he had already promised me that several times and still did nothing. I will be 70 next month and the last few times I pleaded with him and told him in all seriousness I wanted the bike back while I might still be alive. Finally after him having the bike for 8 1/2 years I gave up and picked up my disassembled motorcycle a few months ago. I have since taken my bike to New Hampshire and the new guy has more done in 8 weeks than what took Tom High over 8 years. If you want to waste money for very little work, enjoy hearing BS excuses, and plan to live to the age of 200, this is your guy!

Tom is a pleasure to speak with and there's always at least two-dozen interesting motorcycles in various states of repair. he also has an interesting selection of motorcycle leathers and valuable insight if you own or ride any airhead or flying brick BMW. They don't make them like they used to. I'd recommend him if you're looking for an airhead wizard anywhere in Florida.
