This is not a first time occurrence the lack of professionalism customer service and efficiency should take her gray shirt and put a red shirt on her immediately this person should be demoted for her lack of empathy customer service acknowledgment and speed. Her demeanor is ugly she has a very poor attitude and is not there for the guest I'm pretty sure that this would be on the first page of any training manual that the guests come first if this is the type of way this location chooses to run your current 2.3 stars is going to dramatically drop down to 0.0 Stars close down and everyone will now continue to go to Ron's hardware which is not only friendlier cheaper cost effective we can go to Riley's we have options in this area so if you want to change the outcome of all of your future reviews you better wipe the staff out of that entire store and start fresh because you are losing money every single day that you're going to let a woman behind that counter who does not give a crap about the customers coming in it you just lost two customers that you can go back and check on your cameras at the same time because she has already ignored us in line and chose to help someone that she personally knew before being professional first calling him sweetheart and making us feel our money is not as good there as her friends is. Again I repeat the woman's name is rogue which seems very fitting considering she seems to go rogue at work and not falling procedures and policies just hanging out with her friends and having a great old time while not helping anybody not making any money for the store this is the last place that I would go to do anything when I'm in a rush trying to get something fixed and have to wait around until she's ready to help me that's not how this works anybody that goes into that store and sees that woman is going to have the same experience. The benefit of having a gray shirt shouldn't give you an excuse to be lazy and boss the people in red shirts around like workhorses so this is asinine I couldn't be more upset that one person can ruin an entire day for someone based off of an experience that they are properly trained and I would only assume are meant to train others to follow their lead and example if her leading example is to be rude and disrespectful to the guests then understand that that's how the whole team is being trained corporate office has been called regional office has been called and I promise you I'm not done. Fire rogue.... She belongs in some type of hair salon where she can chitchat with her friends all day long not in a place where people go in to take care of business and have to wait on her disgusting lazy good for nothing behavior.

He took the time to help make sure I had what I needed and made the process easy. What really stood out was that he also offered to put the windshield wipers on for me, which I really appreciated. It saved me time and was one less thing I had to worry about. Customer service like that goes a long way. It's always nice when someone is not only helpful but willing to go the extra step. Overall, this was a quick and easy visit with great service, and I'd definitely return when I need parts in the future. O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sanford has quickly become my favorite go-to parts store in the area. The…read morestaff is friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. The last three times I needed a part right away, they had it when no one else did. Most recently, it was the valve cover gasket for a 2006 Pontiac Vibe, before that it was the radiator fan for the same vehicle, on another visit, a turn signal relay for an older model Yamaha Golf Cart. If you are able to DIY, you can really save yourself a fortune especially when parts like these are plug-and-play. O'Reilly's also carries all of the usual tools, lubricants, cleaning supplies, and accessories you will find in other auto parts stores. O'Reilly's is clean, organized, the staff is courteous and willing to help. I highly recommend shopping here for your auto parts needs.

They have a great supply of AN fittings and they can get anything not in stock very quickly. They are all incredibly helpful. On the parts side, they are great. Support your local parts shop before the big chains and get personal service from people that actually know that there is no such thing as blinker fluid. Please note that I have not used any machine shop service, so I cannot comment on that part of the business.

By far the worst experience at a machine shop I ever had. I will try to not go into too much…read moredetail, but enough to warn people to stay away from this place at all costs. Terrible customer service/communication, employees are very rude and not personable. They had my cylinder head for over a month doing a valve job (Resurface valve seats, replace seals, decking the mating surface), after they had returned it I found that one of the valves was improperly machined. I opted to shim the valve buckets myself, however this has no bearing on the valve not being machined properly, the seat was set way too close to the edge near the valve face and it was too wide. I returned it to hopefully have them fix their mistake, and I was informed by the machinist that it should have never left the shop that way. They were to order a new intake valve and lap it. A little over two weeks passes by and I am finally able to get my cylinder head back from them. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me for the new valve, the labor for lapping it and installing it, and shimming the valve buckets (which I had already done before I brought it back to them to fix the valve seat issue). I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, if you are in the DeLand/Orange City/Deltona area and are looking for a good place to go...you may have to venture out towards Winter Park.
