I wanted to get a custom cake to make the birthday extra special and Maria was able to execute that for me. Her responses were extremely fast and she was helpful throughout the entire process. I emailed her my vision and with a few suggestions, she made it come to life. Her most popular combinations are: Vanilla with vanilla buttercream and fresh raspberries, chocolate with chocolate and Oreo with Oreo. Not only does she do an amazing job with fondant, which is proven through her customers' pictures, her cake quality is extraordinary. When the waitresses cut the cake, they said they were surprised at how thin and soft the fondant was. They're use to thick layers of fondant, which results in a crushed cake from trying to cut through. They've cut hundreds of fondant cakes and this, without a doubt, was the best one they've seen by far. Everyone was raving over how moist and flavorful the cake was. The raspberries, added a bit of tart to the overall taste, paired with the mouthwatering vanilla buttercream was an excellent combination. I now know who to go to when I need a custom cake. I can't thank you enough Maria!
