The table we got had spilled tea and the server simply sopped up the tea, using napkins and wiping the entire table with that pile of napkins, and then seated us. (What? No spray or fresh wipe?) We were hungry, sat, and grabbed a few of our favorite items from the rolling carts. We would give the dim sum a solid 7 out of 10, although we thought the rice paper wrapping on some of the items is a bit thicker than we like. Things like the sticky rice, which usually has chopped chicken, pork, shrimp, and Chinese sausage, basically had chopped meat and a little bit of sausage. The football-shaped fried taro dumplings were crispy and tasty but we did not like the filling. The rolling carts give the experience a more authentic feel. I would add a half star for the ambience and freshness of the food. So, 3.5 stars. (Yelp doesn't allow half stars.) However, we have a favorite dim sum restaurant in Pembroke Pines and would rather drive all the way there from Plantation to enjoy a 5-star dim sum experience.

When my husband asked him to check again, he did, threw the receipt back on the counter, and rudely pushed the box toward my husband. At that point, my husband looked at him and said, "You know what? You just lost a customer." The wait was not the real issue. We understand that delays happen. What disappointed us was the complete lack of courtesy, professionalism, and appreciation for loyal customers who have supported this restaurant for years. One unpleasant interaction changed the way we feel about a place we had happily ordered from for a very long time.

I recently discovered this hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant that's only about 10 minutes from my house, even though I've lived in the area for 13 years! I heard about it on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I went during lunch time time on a Friday and ordered the 6-piece honey garlic chicken wings with chicken fried rice, and they allowed me to customize my order. I was impressed with how quickly my food was ready--within just 10 minutes of placing my order! They even gave me a buzzer to let me know when my food was ready, so I could wait in my car if I preferred. The place seemed clean, and the person who took my order was really friendly and accommodating. Even after I placed my order, I asked if I could get all flats for an extra dollar, and they happily accommodated my request. My family and I like this Kingdom very much. They take a your order quickly, do good job. Very nice people. Prices low and food good. I order broccoli instead of bell pepper and no charge for substitution. Very nice people, cook come out from back to say hello to customers. They get your order right, no hidden charges.
