Tried a few of their flavours: Mach 2 (Buffalo) was pretty good. Nighthawk (Teriyaki & honey…read moremustard) & Mohawk (Mesquite Mayday [Caesar Parmesan]). were good. Air Wing (BBQ & Thai) was good. The Thai was subtle. Blue Bomber (Blue Cheese & Mach 3), Electric Jet (BBQ & Honey Mustard), Control Tower (Honey Garlic & Dill) & Winder (Maple & Dry Jerk) were all good. Blue Bomber was barely spicy, Electric Jet was a touch sweet & Winder had a surprisingly complex flavour. There was a roughly equal number of flats & drums, which was nice. Cajun dusted fries were huge. They tasted decent but were on the dry side. It was a bit spicy for Cajun. Chippers (Salt and vinegar) were pretty good: large & warm. There was a good amount of salt & vinegar rub (not too much/little). The Thai mayo was good. Brownie Obsession was decent.

My wife and son accompanied me here for our fist visit since they opened. Overall the food was…read moreactually very good, while the prices were a little high for the portions. I ordered a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, my wife also had a burger and my some ordered a kids meal mac n cheese. I was disappointed to find that non breaded wings were 3$ more per 8 wings (apparently they buy them in and the breaded ones are made in house?). The ambience of the resteraunt is your basic sports bar. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there was music it was not overpowering and you could hold a conversation without any issue. Where things went downhill were the beverages and to a smaller degree the service. The diet coke i was brought was pretty much water and carbonation, and when i inquired they said there was nothing wrong with the drink but that they would "check into it". I sent it back and ordered water with lemon. A short time later i ordered a hot tea, and requested splenda or sweetener. I was brought a 3/4 full cup (No refills on coffee or Tea btw) with pure sugar and when i asked for sweetener was told they did not have any and the best they could do was honey (Pretty short sighted for those who cannot have sugar in their diet). To be fair i would have given 4 stars had it not been for the managers attitude towards the soft drink and the lack or foresight on the sugar free sweetener. We will likely return for another visit, but next time i'll bring my own Splenda just in case the diet soda is still atrocious.

Fry Days Food Truck - Best fish and chips in Bradford!

Seriously some of the best fish and chips in Bradford and in winter I always find myself wishing…read morethey could stay open! The batter is always crisp, the halibut is always fresh and the fries are the real deal. The owners are also super friendly and always good for a chat! Just a warning though: it's cash only!

For a little over a year now Fry Days has been run by new owners, and I'm happy to say that things…read morehave definitely taken a turn for the better. The last few years things had been hit and miss here, but after a few transitional pains (service was slow for a bit back in 2020 as the staff got used to how things worked), things are running smoothly, and it's now by far my favourite food truck. I've tried many of the things on the menu, but I'll review those I've had multiple times. Tied for my favourites are the fish and the poutine. Not exactly sure what they're frying in, but the fish batter is spectacular, and doesn't leave the greasy feeling on the roof of your mouth that some other places do. I usually go with the haddock, but the halibut is great too. As for the poutine: while the gravy is a little darker than traditional poutine gravy, it really tasty. What really makes it are the fries and the cheese curds. The fries are cut fresh, and are really tasty. And they sure don't skimp on the cheese curds. Unlike some other places, there's no need to wonder if you'll have enough curds and gravy to go around. The burger is homemade and tasty. Doesn't come with a toasted bun though, so be sure to ask if you like yours toasted. I also love the dill pickle chips. With so many chip trucks in York region, one needs to be pretty special to keep me coming back regularly. Whatever they're doing here is working though, and I find myself here a lot during the summer. Keep up the great work!

They have BBQ now?!?! What a game changer. So the burgers here are awesome such unique flavours. I…read moredo slightly prefer Ground Burger for burgers but this place is still super up there. And now they have climbed the ranking as they have added one of my favourites BBQ! Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. This was an anniversary dinner that we had at home and it was super awesome. Highlights for me were the mac and cheese (daaayumm) and the jalapeno cornbread. I'm not going to lie, that was the best cornbread I've ever had. And I've been to Nashville. A great little kick and the overall taste is out of this world. I think they may have forgotten the beans but all good. I'm just sad I didn't order more cornbread. The brisket was also great. Order it all!

The accompanying fries were good. They were heartily fried. Tower o rings was good, with crispy breaded rings (not battered) that stayed crispy for really long. That said, it was rather pricey for what was ultimately just onion rings. I suppose when you have it there, since it's presumably actually served as a tower it looks more impressive. W sauce is a creamy sauce. Beechhouse was creamy with some texture (I like that it was labelled so one could distinguish it from the W sauce). Sweet n Tangy was good - slighty spicy.
