The eggs were a little hard though and not runny at all. Both of these dishes were delicious and I still think about the shakshuka even today. You can get your burger with several toppings but the best is "con todo". It includes the patty, a slice of cheap ass Fudd ham grilled, American cheese or Oaxacan quesillo, lettuce, tomato, grilled or fresh onion', some pickled jalapeños, a few chunks of pineapple, Mexican Mayo and a little mustard. The hotdogs aren't that great but they have them. Mario's usually shows up after 5 or 6 near the Zocalo but they may move around. After 10 pm the line gets long with all the drunk folks needing something to soak up all that mezcal or beer. But don't worry because the cook has his technique down. They were only 35 pesos but worth twice that!!!

We visited this stand several times on our Oaxacan vacation and I must say I think I am addicted and will miss it!
