Jenny's tarot reading was spot on! Especially since I am typically a skeptic first. And because I don't post on TikTok much there was no way for her to glean information on me prior (there's the skeptic in me!) I was very pleasantly surprised with how accurate the reading was. She was able to pick up exactly where I was on my journey and offer sage advice when needed. I was so impressed with her work that I intend to schedule additional sessions with her. Highly recommend this very intuitive and skilled gal...even via telephone or online!! I would highly recommend working with Jenny!!

Once I felt in…read morethe clear, I continued seeing Laura Donnely and then Seth Evans for my pre marital counseling. I found out that Laura and Seth would talk about my personal struggles with mental health and even things about my now husband without my consent. I asked Laura why she did that and she said because I had signed a consent form. When I asked for the form, she replied saying that she didn't have a copy and likely forgot to have me sign one, but it was implied with the type of work she does. Higher-ups at Cornerstone were not helpful and did not want to continue an "investigation" on these individuals unless I signed a lengthy consent form and even then they were not apologetic. I am very unhappy with my experience and I would never recumbent this place.

I'm nearly 61 and stronger and healthier than I've ever been. They helped me lose 70 lbs which was cool when I got to walk my daughter down the aisle at her wedding feeling good about myself and not worrying about the pictures to follow. It was even cooler when nearly 3 years later I held my granddaughter in my arms and felt confident I would be healthy and active and functional as she grew up. Enough about me. The concept of small group personal training flat out works. Never more than 5 people to coach so you get personal attention. You also get inspired, pushed, and motivated by the other folks. Worried about your age or your fitness level? Don't be. They make it work. The workouts are varied so you never get bored. Have or had some injuries? Don't worry about it. The coaches will modify anything so you stay healthy (or get better) and still provide you a challenging workout. By the way, I could do a separate review just on how good all the coaches are. Finally I will tell you that I assumed a high level of expertise from the coaches. What I didn't expect was to make friends and feel part of a community like I have and do. Bottom line this place is special. You should check it out.
