It's not that…read morethe building is hidden, but rather there's very little signage to indicate "you have arrived at Matrix Media Services." Something that I always appreciate is off the street parking -- which the facility has; however, if you are handicapped or in a wheel chair you will not be in a position to navigate the building at all. There's a staircase to get in the building, and one you're inside there are more stairs that you need to navigate to get from office to office and room to room. From what I hear, it's a very old building that was significantly rehabbed, so that's par for the course. Of the several times I have been to the Matrix Media Services offices, I have always felt welcomed by the receptionist and been helped in ways that exceeded my expectations.
