Called and spoke with Todd who scheduled a time with me when I could get it towed there. Got it towed late afternoon so they could look at it the next day. I assumed I'd hear back in the afternoon the next day after seeing how busy they are but first thing in the morning Todd already called, confirmed it was indeed starter, broke down parts and labor which was lower than I expected and they got it done that day. First time there, the car sat there for hours, then they called to say that there was no issue and charged me for replacing the brake lights ,which at first I was told there would be no charge by the guy that checked me in. Upon check out, I had a different person, dismissive and rude guy, I was not appreciative of his talking down. Second time there, they had the call for over 8 hours, no call, no updates, I had to call in to check on it only to be told there was no issue. I finally showed up to get my car. Prior to checking in, I looked everywhere for my car, outside, in the shop and saw nothing. I then went to check in, asked where is my car, they had no idea even what color my car was. I was told it was evaluated and driven multiple times. I was told my car was parked in another lot, about half of block away behind the Torrance Corps building. Car was unattended and mileage did not show that it has been driven much. My car broke down the next day, I was stranded. Upon inspection, there were several codes showing, some poitining at a vac leak, including a damaged axle which was never seen before. I'm appalled by this place. I question what happened to my car and why suddenly it went downhill like this, why it was left unattended almost 2 blocks away.

He continued talking, almost as he's trying to delay time so he can make some money off me while his worker was checking the car. When I finally told him I wanted to leave and not waste their time. He still charged me $104 for 20 mins. Don't make the same mistake I made, make sure to always ask if you will be charged, even just for asking a question. He and his worker helped get her to a safe area and helped get the car running again. Every time Mike is there he offers to give me a ride home before he works on the car so I don't have to Uber. He is always very fair with pricing and has always been honest when he doesn't think he can do something or if it can be done better at the dealership, etc. My most recent experience I dropped the car off Friday morning and was able to pick it up by 4PM. Family schedules wouldn't allow me to get it until 6 but the shop closed at 5:30. Mike stayed until 6 for me! The pricing on the brake and rotors was less than expected and he gave a 12 month warranty on the job which I have never received after a break job. I would highly recommend this place.
