I hired this service with the expectation of a professional and straightforward experience, but…read moreunfortunately that was not the case. The worker scheduled to arrive at 10:00 did not show up on time, and when they did arrive, they did not have the necessary supplies to begin the job. This led to delays while waiting for a second person to show up, followed by even more delays when one of them had to leave again to get materials. During the visit, one of the workers took change from my counter and knocked my laundry room door off its track without notifying me or attempting to fix it. These actions were unprofessional and unacceptable. The pricing was also inconsistent and confusing. The Thumbtack listing indicated a $95 per hour base rate, yet I was quoted $450 for four hours. When a quote is given, it is typically understood to represent the total cost. However, the job only took about 2 1/2 hours. When I emailed for clarification and requested an itemized invoice, I was told their work wasn't really based on hourly rates, and I never received an itemized invoice at all. This made it difficult to understand how the charges were determined. While the tasks were eventually completed, the lack of punctuality, transparency, and communication left me disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable using this service again or recommending it to others.

TLDR; They are AMAZING! BOOK with Tatyana & Svetlana NOW!!…read more I had been telling myself that I would clear out my garage and guest room since 2023. I would start and stop, get going then pause, I even took days off work to get through it, but no progress was made. Honestly I was way to busy to put in the mental effort and actual time to get this done. For context I did a small remodel and there was a lot of items relocated to the guest room and garage to create room and they never made it back to their spaces or out of the house. I finally realized I needed help so I looked around online and found Two Organized. From jump (compared to the other companies I contacted) they were on top of what I needed, they offered me options, they did a free in person walkthrough so I could explain what I was looking for, estimates and contract finalization was easy, and scheduling during the holiday season was handled amazingly. My schedule was crazy and changing frequently and they were so gracious with the changes! They were very clear about what to expect and what I needed to be available for. My part (separating things into keep/donate/trash) was done in about 1-2 hours for the garage and 1 hour for the guest room. The rest was all Tatyana and Svetlana! The system they organized my items into is super easy to follow, everything is labeled, its just so beautiful and peaceful. Seriously the quality of my life has improved so much being able to use my guestroom without a thought, both closets organized and clearly visible. Simply walking into a clean garage to do laundry or work on a project is so much easier than navigating the cluttered and cramped space I was operating in before.

Our first major interaction was with Kyle when we visited the showroom to design our dream pantry. The showroom itself is beautiful and filled with inspiring examples that really help you visualize the possibilities for your own space. Kyle used an impressive design program to create a 3D rendering based on our ideas, and it turned out exactly how I had imagined. He was incredibly patient as I asked for several tweaks to the initial mockup until everything felt perfect. My husband and mother were with me, and Kyle made sure to include them throughout the entire process. Kyle is not only highly charismatic, but he truly exemplifies exceptional customer service--something that feels increasingly rare these days. He is kind, patient, personable, and has excellent sales skills without EVER feeling pushy. All of this made it easy to move forward with confidence, knowing we were in great hands. Their stellar reviews already spoke for themselves, and the design experience was truly the cherry on top. On installation day, Ronnie took great care to cover our floors and keep our home as clean and organized as possible throughout the install. He was incredibly kind, communicative, and highly professional. I always make a point to mention in my reviews whether I felt safe with workers in my home, and I felt completely safe with Ronnie. That is incredibly important to me--working with a business where women can feel comfortable and secure having workers in their home. He completed everything in just two days, and as an added bonus, he noticed a leak coming from one of our washer hoses when he pulled it out from the wall. The hose was rusted and corroded, and we had no idea there was an issue. Because he took the time to point it out, we were able to replace it before it became a much bigger problem. We truly appreciated that extra level of care, especially since he didn't have to mention it at all. We could not be any happier with our pantry/laundry room!!! If only I had taken some "before" photos of our tragic former pantry, so that I could show what a true, magical glow-up transformation that this remodel has been! THANK YOU so much, Kyle and Ronnie for being fantastic and making our dream pantry come to life!!! We have future projects we want to do down the road and we will 100% be using Custom Closets again!!!

There was water damage due to a water leak, and I needed the cabinet demolished, removed and replaced. I spoke with Edan Cazakov. Edan and I agreed to meet at my home on Friday, July 10, 2026 for a free estimate. He appeared as scheduled, took pictures and advised that he would discuss his findings and photos with his Contractor and contact me ASAP. On Monday, July 13, 2026, Edan texted a quote for the work needed. We agreed on the repair costs and scheduled a date for the repair. There were several delays, excuses, last minute concerns about the water filtration system that needed to be removed prior to repairs, etc. There was subsequent confusion regarding the cost of the repairs with the Contractor and miscommunication and coordination with Edan and the Contractor on the date for completing the work. It took 61 Days to complete this otherwise simple job! To be clear and fair, Edan Cazakov and the Contractor Brian Aldred are nice, good-natured people. Even the quality of the work was very good. They are just HORRIBLE at conducting business. They fail at being responsible, reliable, or dependable. Date/Time commitments are non-existent. Though I would invite Edan to Thanksgiving Dinner at my home, I would NEVER make him responsible for the Turkey!! My message to any prospective client ...
