First of all I was relieved to see the actual owner with whom I communicated with show up at my door to personally perform the detail service. I have an almost 3 year old, and if you're a parent like me, you know how DISGUSTING your car gets after a while from your kid throwing food on the floor, snacks falling into the crevices of the seats, puking on the car seat, trash, dust and just general filth. I was getting the car washed, vacuumed and cleaning out the trash but it just wasn't enough. I also have a dog who likes to ride in the back, so there was some pet hair, too. I decided to get the car detailed because I just couldn't stand it anymore and my son was constantly sneezing/coughing in the car (he has pet allergies and a little asthma). Followed by a phone call so I could explain that my car was only 7 months old but got covered with a roofing overspray that happened when I parked at work. Had my vehicles interior detailed by these guys, had it done in their shop since mobile was more expensive even though they are called a mobile auto detailer. lmao either way it was still expensive af just for an interior detail. When i came to pick up the vehicle there was noticeable missed places that they didnt clean that i had to point out to the guy handing my keys, he then goes inside and grabs a bottle of meguires and a rag and cleans it up right there. bud i could done that its just i paid all this money for a professional job and you do 30 minutes of cleaning as im waiting there for my vehicle. Guy was cool for doing it then and there but i expected all that done before i got there. i also get home and the usbs to connect a phone or a charger stopped working due to negligence on their end and getting water in the ports(they did end up working after a few days but why the fuck i gotta deal with that if i paid for a profressional detail). Michael was able to come out and detail my car within 24 hours of contacting him, which was amazing because a bottle of red wine had spilled in my backseat and everyone else that I called wasn't available able to help me for at least 5 days. The interior of my car looked great after he serviced it and although he was only able to get about 75% of the stain out, I was able to get the rest out over the next few days with the helpful tips he gave me on how to treat the stain before he power washed my seats. I scheduled the appointment for 1 o'clock. On that date a arrive at the shop at 12:50. I talked with the installer to get the right tint on my windows. He said that it will take a couple of hours to get the service complete. I decided to go to Tempe marketplace and walk around and have lunch. I returned to the shop at 3:30 and my car is still sitting outside in the same place that I parked it with no tint on the windows. A employee came out of the door and asked me if he could help me. I told him that's my car that's sitting outside and I had a 1 o'clock appointment. He said the installer is having a bad day a little upset but I understand because I've had bad days. They finished my car an hour and a half after they said it would be complete. The tint on the windows is fantastic. They did a great job. They gave me a great discount for wasting my time.
