Arthur previously worked at CAA, so he knows his roadside assistance and goes over and beyond what CAA would do. I now have a new 3 year warranty battery, installed at my place in about 10 minutes. I was surprised but so happy to have a replacement vehicle as i was scheduled to drive up to Montreal for a business trip in a couple days! They were polite, helpful, and comforting. The auto centre helped me figure out my insurance rights and were extremely patient throughout the entire process. My…read moresuggestion if you ever get into a car accident is to make sure you have a reliable tow company/insurance you trust and don't let anybody touch your car especially paramount towing until you've contacted the company you want to deal with your accident. Once you're in an accident, you start to panic and you do not want to end up signing papers you will regret signing later on. The company tends to know where you are by listening to the radio and attempt to locate where the accident is. Many other tow truck companies tend to be at the scene of the accident. They can be linked to sketchy car rental companies, and will convince you to rent from the specific car rental company, probably because they get kickbacks if they get people to rent from the company and saying you deserve another car. The car they rent out tends to be unsafe.
