I read all the negative reviews about the staff not providing any customer service, not paying attention to the customer and being basically not interested in helping the customer..................THEY ARE ALL TRUE! This place is the worst. I was looking for a new driver and stood around holding the club ($700) , hoping to ask a few questions, maybe hit it but the lazy staff totally ignored me the whole time in the store. Looking for a set of left handed golf clubs. The staff was completely unhelpful. Did not try to sell me anything. Not helpful for information, I would be better off buying from a Dick's. Their prices were ridiculously high and could not believe that the staff wanted to spend more time up at the counter talking to each other with limited customers in the store instead of helping the few there actually. Will never go back do not recommend this place to anyone read more

When I'm in Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens, this is the place I trust for buying golf equipment, for fittings and repairs!! Danny, Lawrence, Dom, Michelle and Jim are always really helpful and allow you to take your time to try out clubs and never push you to buy anything. They have all the golf equipment that PGA Superstore has, and I always feel like they're listening to my needs. I play to a 5HP and I'm very particular about my game and equipment. i read some of the reviews from this location , my advice is to go the store on Lyonns , see Steve , mention my name and get 5% off right off the top , they are fantastic , there policies are better than the PGA Superstore at least at that location , if you return something you can use the dollor amount on any product , not forced to buy the same product , they are hassle free, and just a pleasure to deal with , im there every week at least twice and no matter what i need they always help me, perfect example yesterday , i switched a Ping driver lst for a max , no questions asked no money wanted , see Steve mention my name ,Brian Miller read more

Was just in this store for just over an hour. I was looking to buy a new driver. Not one single person ever bothered to even say hello let alone can I help you. Totally ignored! I am a 71 year old disabled veteran. I use leg braces and proudly wear a US Navy ball cap. Maybe I don't look like a golfer, but I play as often and as well as I can. This is a decent golf shop. Their repair service, well regrip is quick and reasonably priced. Putter grip was put on square with care.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE ever witnessed.... I've been here a total of 3 times. If you're a young looking individual, and don't dress the type, you won't even get a Hi, when you walk in the door. Sucks for them because I'm a foot and ankle surgeon and was a serious buyer but I dress like the normal average Joe on weekends. The first time I came here 3-4 weeks ago on a Saturday I spent 1.5 hours there looking for a set of Titleist AP 2 vs AP3, with no help in sight. I was patiently waiting for a sales associate to help guide me, as I haven't bought clubs in over 10 years. I see a handful of customers just grabbing their own clubs in the used section and trying them out on their own without help at the analyzer screen. So I went ahead and tried. Finally 1 sales associate comes and GIVES me a few words and how which would match my game. I went with the AP2s. Only thing good about this store is the 90 day return policy. I went out to the range twice, the following week, and did not like the clubs at all. Hesitant to come back into the store I found some time during lunch time on a Thursday. Wearing my Scrubs, I IMMEDIATELY GOT greeted as I walked in the door, and guided me through the exchange. They got my exchange from the AP2 to the AP3 in less than 5-10 mins. I love my new set of clubs as it's been great to me. 3 weeks later I decide to return to the store on a Sunday looking to buy a new Taylormade Sim vs Callaway Maverick driver as well as a Bertinelli vs Scotty Cameron Putter.......... 1 hour in the store, no help, no greeting, no acknowledgment that I was there. I guided myself to hitting a few balls with the drivers with no sales associate in site. I see kids playing and running around the practice area by the screen. THIS IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN, this is not safe and could be a potential lawsuit if someone got hurt. I walk towards the front and actually saw the Scotty Cameron behind the front desk that I was looking for.... waited a few mins to see as I don't like stepping behind a counter. No one came, so I took a look for myself and found the exact putter I was looking for. My girlfriend and I were so irritated and just decided to leave. MORAL OF THE STORY: I think you'll definitely get better customer service if you go during the week or if you dress like a rich guy, you'll be fine. I would rather take the drive down the street to MOON GOLF or even drive 30 mins south to PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE where you will walk 10-20feet in any department, get greeted and guided from all over the store. Heck, DICK'S sporting goods is even a better option as they were the ones to actually introduced me to the Titleist AP line. I will never be back. read more

I've been to this establishment multiple times to buy clubs, drivers, golf bags, and golf shoes. Last time I was in the area I stopped by on a Friday afternoon around 2:30pm. When I walked in there were 4 people working behind the counter two of them were working and the other two were standing there talking to each other. Neither one of them said hello or welcome to Edwin watts do you need any help? What brings you in today? Or anything like that. I went to this store to get a grip put on one of my wedges. I walked over to where the grips were and picked out my grip and looked for someone to put the grip on however the gentleman who works in that department wasn't there. Last time I was in this establishment one of the workers said that he works only Monday thru Friday. It just so happens to be a Friday when I went to Edwin watts however the person who works in that department wasn't there. I stood there and waited thinking someone would come over to help me but boy was I wrong. 2 or 3 employees walked by me and didn't even say a word to me as I stood there waiting for some assistance. About 10 minutes go by so I walk back up to the front desk and wait in line. When it was my turn to check out I asked the employee if there is anyone who can re grip my club. By then another employee was in the work shop area helping another customer put a grip on a brand new driver. So the employee said see that guy over there he will help you. So when I walked back over to the workshop the employee said I will be back please give me 5 minutes to check this customer out. I waited another 20 minutes because the guy who was going to put the grip on was assisting this other customer with his driver, finding golf balls, and golf shoes. Still no other employee stepped up to the plate to assist me as I waited a total of 45 minutes for someone to put a grip on my club. One employee finally said is anyone helping you? I said the someone is suppose to but I have been waiting for about 45mins now. He said hold on let me get someone over here for you. By then I was fed up and I told the employee that this is unacceptable. It seems to me that all of these employees work on commission because when I was buying a driver, golf clubs, or wedges every employee there wanted to help me. It's sad because I really like this store I just wish the customer service was A LOT better. To be honest the customer service at this location is terrible and unless your spending big bucks they do not care about assisting other people with grips or any other little task. When someone walks into a store greeting them is important as well as asking them what brings them in today. Making sure customers are being helped in a timely manner is very important. What I went through on a Friday was unacceptable and made me feel not as important as other customers. Please talk to your staff at this location and explain to them how important customer service is because the only reason I came back was because when I was buying clubs here the customer service was not like this. For the gentleman who works in the workshop he really should work Wednesday-Sunday because that's when people are actually there. They should hire another person to run the workshop during the weekends so issues like this won't happen in the future. read more

I would shop some other place for clubs if you are a serious golfer who wants to be fit for the right equipment. I was there the other day and stated to 2 young employees, upon entering the iron section, that i wanted to buy a set of Titleist irons but needed to know what was the right setup and choice for my game. These 2 young employees, with no other customers in the showroom, proceeded to watch me hit balls for 20 minutes without telling me a bit of information (which was all being recorded by the sophisticated equipment on the screen). I was leaving the store and the manager asked if i was buying irons. I said i might have if i knew any information about my swing speed, loft, lie angle or spin rate (all basic stuff the computer records while you are in the hitting area). This information is not easily read by the customer. It needs to be shared by the employee that is trained to use it. Bottom line, the young employees did more talking about the clubs they are currently playing than give me an ounce of information on my, the customers, swing. read more

Nice golf shop with everything you could ever need to buy to play, or improve your golf game. Picked up a nice Nike Golf shirt for $20 which was originally over $60. Great selection of clubs, putters, shoes, clothing. Some of the guys working have well over 10 years experience there. Worth a visit. read more
