He treats his customers like his Family. He goes the extra mile for you. You can trust that Frank can fix everything you need in one spot. And if not, Frank has inexpensive referrals that are excellent. Frank is intelligent and flexible; he solves things even three Auto Shops couldn't figure out. In an emergency, he will help you, and he will shift the schedule for you. He will stay late even when he is packed that day. He gave us his cell phone and met us every time! There are very few people who will do this for you. He called the dealership for me; he did everything. His lovely and helpful wife is terrific, professional & responsive! The best part is. I got the best value for the best price and found somebody I will always use! Thanks, Frank!

He knows these types of cars in and out never once has he messed up or caused any sort of problems. I have a 2008 BMW X5 and A 2013 C63 AMG he has done plenty of maintenance on both cars for a very very reasonable price. One thing I love about Sebastian is you can get in the garage with him and look under your car for your self and that is one of the biggest reasons I go there. He is a very trust worthy guy who I would recommend to anyone who has a German car that doesn't want to pay the big $$$ from the dealer.

Honestly. They fixed my car a year ago for a water pump and over heating issue and then my car…read moreoverheated almost exactly a year later. I came in to see what happened and they said that the little plastic coolant pipes that go to the water pump were dissolving. I'm honestly quite annoyed because I feel like this is something that should have been noticed a year ago and I highly doubt this wear and tear appeared in a year on a car that already had 170,000 miles. I ended up going to another guy that actually cares about older cars (mine's a 2006) and he figured out it was another gasket in my engine, not a head gasket like they were claiming. Applewood wanted to charge me $4800 in total for a car I paid $3000 for. My mechanic was able to do it for $560 because he just replaced the radiator cap and plastic gasket that gets worn down at almost 170,000 miles each time. I also am a woman so when I called them they used a very sarcastic tone with me and kept gaslighting me on the issue. Sure a head gasket repair may have fixed the problem but I would have wildly overpaid. I added my inspection report that was wildly overstated and would have costed me $4800 for something that they should have already replaced or told me about considering they had replaced my entire water pump and the hose connecting to it.
