Whether it's Meagan and the ladies up front, or Jamy and the guys working on our vehicles, everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, and always take the time and care to explain problems, go over options and find the best way forward for everyone. I've heard customers be rude and be excused for it because "We just gave them bad news about their car, it's understandable they're upset, it's OK." I've seen them give customers money back because it cost less money and man hours than they quoted. And I see them discounting those 'expensive parts' they insist on using, because they're superior and don't make their workmanship look bad when they fail yet don't want to pass the cost on to us, so eat it themselves. Whether buying a new car here, or bringing my car for a bit of maintenance, I continue to be…read moreimpressed with the quality of service and positive/friendly service I receive. I'm one of those customers that doesn't buy a new car very often. I drive them until the maintenance becomes too expensive/frequent that I buy a new car as a better financial decision. So, it would be easy for them to not be welcoming. But I never have been treated poorly in the seven years I've been coming here. My car usually keeps humming along (my previous one lasted ten years) but every once in awhile, something happens and being that I am mechanically challenged, I take it in. Sometimes, the warning light isn't a big deal, so they suggest trying a few things first before bringing it in. But when what seemed like a small problem (amber light) suddenly turns to a bunch of red lights on my dash and warnings on my car's computer screen, I make sure to take the car in and have it looked at. Normally, when I take it in, I get a courtesy call that lets me know what the maintenance guys have found and get an estimate. But this time, I didn't. The man on the phone knew he hadn't called when he called me to let me know the car was done. Before I could panic that it would be some huge bill, he let me know that even after five years, the part was under my warranty plan and there wasn't any service charge, let alone any charge for parts. Free!! And while they were at it, they fixed a few other minor items that were free due to a recall. Free is nice! Free is stress reducing. And the folks at the counter seemed appreciative that I was so happy and soon on my way. Thanks to the folks there who do a great job and work hard to make their customers happy. Review #2859

Extremely disappointed. After an oil change and multipoint inspection (which was quickly done), the…read moreonly issue mentioned was my tire tread getting low. However, they neglected to find these obvious issues. Keep in mind I was told before service and after that they top off what needs to be topped off. 1. Radiator coolant was at the minimum before service. The radiator coolant remained at the minimum after service. They topped it off after I pointed it out, but I shouldn't have to. 2. Antifreeze was at the minimum going in and is still at the minimum. I will be topping it off before going to another dealership to have it flushed out and replaced. 3. They mentioned they checked the engine air filter and it was fine. Upon inspection at home, the dust on the air filter cover was undisturbed showing they had not touched it. Upon inspecting the air filter, it was painfully clear that it was not checked and was desperately needing replaced. A picture is provided. 4. They mentioned the cabin air filter was also checked and was fine. After removing the filter, it was clearly evident that it wasn't checked as it was disgusting. A picture is provided. I don't know if it's because they lost their master mechanic (what they told me) so it's inexperience, or if it was laziness, or a scam, but they have lost all my trust and I will never go there again. I will be going elsewhere for another inspection to see what else was missed.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)
