I only asked for an extension and an appointment perhaps months out, as they were very busy, BUT they insisted I come in immediately to see what they could do! I was assigned to Aleshia. We met, I told her my story, probably included a few choice words about the other location, and she saw no issues with any of my paperwork AND I had them completed and filed before the deadline!
