For instance, we have "Action Forms" already available to us. However, we requested assistance in putting this feature into action. We specifically asked if our account manager could offer us implementation assistance and we were told no. This has been the case with every module that we've tried to implement. We are left to figure it out ourselves, and always directed to their library of resources instead of the personalized assistance that would make the process much more efficient and helpful. What good is having an assigned account rep? When we call for support, we get a random person that helps us. I am not sure we've ever gotten through to our account rep for direct assistance. Their overall service to their clients is disappointing.
