Customer support is almost impossible to reach--you can spend hours on hold just trying to speak with someone. They block FSA accounts without explanation and show no urgency in helping customers. I uploaded multiple itemized receipts and valid documentation, yet everything was rejected without clear reasoning. They essentially lock your money until you lose it. I will be raising this issue with my company's HR and strongly advise others to stay away. I have worked at three different companies and have never experienced anything like this.
