Ronda met with us twice - once to meet us and go over all of our tax documents, and again to walk through our tax return with us. They e-file for you, which is also nice. She was very accommodating to our schedules and took the time to get to know us (and didn't mind our 3 year old tagging along!). She also provided some good advice for the upcoming year and was very accessible via phone and email. As an added bonus, they have a secure online portal for signing documents and such, eliminating the need for as many face-to-face meetings if that's what you're looking for.
