I am the type of person who will procrastinate until the VERY last minuet on my taxes. In addition my taxes are complected because I'm a performer and work as an independent contractor for most of my many jobs. I've met personally with Bob and corresponded by e-mail. He helped me set up a system to track my work expenses, and put me at ease about getting taxes done right the first time. Bob works quickly, is friendly, helpful and non judgmental of my procrastination around tax time. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my taxes were done right the first time. He graciously took the job despite the short notice and completed the work well within the very reasonable time estimate provided. While my tax situation isn't overly complicated, there were definitely a few items that required professional expertise this year in particular, and Bob was very thorough in ensuring that all of our bases were covered. He was also very pleasant to work with and his fee was quite affordable. I would recommend Bob without hesitation, especially if you have never used a tax preparer before and aren't sure what options may be available.

I attempted to use the ATM against my bank (it's not 1ST Citizens) for a small cash withdrawal but when I seen the HIGH FEE charge I immediately CANCELED. I check my bank account daily and seen this ATM FEE was charged to my account. Like I said it was CANCELED but shows it's not. Another banking system was fined MILLION$ for doing unscrupulous actions like this, do we need to file yet another lawsuit? First Citizens Bank, you want this removed, REFUND IT.
