When we arrived, we noticed several locals dining here, which is always a good sign! The owner, Janice, quickly said she would get to us as soon as she could, that everyone seems to order at the same time on Wednesdays so she was backed up. Luckily, we weren't in a hurry. Janice is an older woman, and it was evident she was by herself - she was the cook AND server. With the phone ringing off the hook, and the dining area nearly full, she was working her tail off. Things to know: - only cash is accepted - pizza is not available between 2;00-4:30, T, W, Th Pros: - pizza was delicious! Deep dish, plenty of cheese and toppings (toppings are actually under the cheese, not on top) crisp crust, and not too greasy! - The pizza is so thick, one pizza would have been enough for our party of 6! - The prices are decent - The owner, Janice, is super sweet Cons: - Because Janice was alone, service was slow - tables and menus were sticky and dirty Overall, we really didn't mind the cons too much because we knew this was a small business, and the pizza is worth supporting it! In the future, my parents will call in an order for pickup. FYI - Janice wasn't able to answer all the phone calls coming through, so if you call and nobody answers, try again later. It's worth it!

Our entrees, spaghetti with meatballs and the baked lasagne were very good as was the salad-all very fresh. Our service was ok, but our waitress couldn't get the bartender to make our drinks. We had to ask for them 3 times and the bartender was either not even behind the bar or was just chatting with people sitting at the bar...in other words, the bartender just wasn't working. When we did get them, my husband's drink was terrible. He ordered a dirty gin martini and it looked like the bartender had poured a half a jar of olive juice in his glass. And these were not cheap cocktails. $15 for a martini and $12 for my tall Tito's with club soda...they charged me an extra $1 for my tall glass. We didn't try the pizzas but they looked good coming out of the kitchen. We will go back to try them at some point, but we won't order any of their overpriced cocktails next time.

The two slices combined made for what I thought one slice would look like sizewise. My guy said the flavor was average. The cheesy breadsticks were good - loaded with cheese and some nice garlicky flavor on the outside. The churro....well, I took one bite of the churro and declined another bite. I love churros and this was NOT good. Barely any cinnamon & sugar on the outside and the inside was not cooked enough. Pass on the churros! Service was kinda friendly, I guess.
