Dr. Khan has the time and will take whatever time is needed with you. He genuinely listens to find out what the issues and concerns are. He cares about your well being, evaluates, takes things into consideration without rushing into an answer. He makes sure you know you're heard. He's confident and isn't arrogant. He takes the time to explains things well, and because he knows that people sometimes don't understand, he isn't offended if you need him to say it again. In fact, he'll offer to re-explain if he thinks you don't understand. He's very sincere and kind, and his approach is holistic. If anyone is looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Khan.

They put a side note it in the after visit summary and state that you were then made aware and are responsible for the bill. Shame on NW medicine for only caring about billing codes and profits not the patient

But my whole experience was a big thumbs up! I was greeted by the receptionist who then gave me a clipboard with a health history questionnaire. It impressed me that the form was on a lamented sheet and I was given a dry erase marker to fill it out. Very green, very green. I had arrived early to my massage with Maddie and after filling out my form was delighted that she was able to take me early. The massage room was super cozy. Both rooms are nestled into a corner of their office so it feels like you're secluded from the rest of what's happening on their treatment floor. Maddie gave a fantastic massage. I would definitely be willing to pay the full price. The only drawbacks to this place are occasionally it can get noisy from what is going on out on the treatment floor. But I was too relaxed for it to really bother me too much. And I noticed that the lights in the treatment room would get dimmer and then get brighter at consistent intervals. Which was a little distracting. But overall a match made in heaven.

After what seemed like an eternity, we went into a room, with like four people (I don't know why they need so many for a simple treatment?) but, I guess I was being used to train a new person. After a few rounds of calisthenics, I was told that they couldn't do what I came in for, and had an appointment for? Crazy right? Unfortunately, I cannot recommend going here at all. Billing is a nightmare. I spent months dealing with mail from them: bills, refund checks, more bills, and nobody could tell me what the charges were for. It is apparently impossible for the desk staff to print out an itemized bill at the appointment, so I needed to call to have them mail it. After spending enormous amounts of time on the phone, several times, they finally sent me a sloppy copy of what had already been given to me at the office. Finally, months after thinking I was finished with them, they send me a "Final Notice" bill, threatening to send to collections. I'd already paid several bills, received refund checks, and then paid more bills, and then . . . .nothing . . . Until this. Ugh. And of course nobody can tell me what these new charges are for. Go somewhere else.
