The waiting was long, but I guess expected for a office. We were told there would be no change for the visit so that was cool. After what seemed like an eternity, we went into a room, with like four people (I don't know why they need so many for a simple treatment?) but, I guess I was being used to train a new person. After a few rounds of calisthenics, I was told that they couldn't do what I came in for, and had an appointment for? Crazy right? Unfortunately, I cannot recommend going here at all. Billing is a nightmare. I spent months dealing with mail from them: bills, refund checks, more bills, and nobody could tell me what the charges were for. It is apparently impossible for the desk staff to print out an itemized bill at the appointment, so I needed to call to have them mail it. After spending enormous amounts of time on the phone, several times, they finally sent me a sloppy copy of what had already been given to me at the office. Finally, months after thinking I was finished with them, they send me a "Final Notice" bill, threatening to send to collections. I'd already paid several bills, received refund checks, and then paid more bills, and then . . . .nothing . . . Until this. Ugh. And of course nobody can tell me what these new charges are for. Go somewhere else.
