I arrived within an hour of booking and greeted by a professional and friendly attendant. After less than 5 minutes I was in a room and relating to the staff what was going on. Besides the usual blood pressure and weight, she talked about my lifestyle, vitamins I took, how I felt, etc. She really made me believe she wanted me to feel good and didn't care if there were patients waiting! Now I just went back to her because I was sick and I got an appointment when I called at 9 am, but I had to wait 45 minutes. I knew I would have to wait, but 45 minutes with a 3 year old is pretty painful. We brought lots of toys with us, but even with those, he was getting pretty antsy. I would have appreciated a heads up that I would have to wait awhile. We could have hung out with a movie in the DVD player and that would have worked better. But even after that waiting, she still talked to me in a non-rushed fashion and she worked on figuring out why/how I was sick since I'm normally pretty healthy. Dr. Brown also will do a thorough workup on you to determine if you are getting the proper vitamins and minerals as well as your hormonal status. **BE VERY CAREFUL**…read more My experience with Arthur Oliveros was extremely disappointing. I was already struggling with my mental health, and I found my interactions with him rude, dismissive and, in my experience, abusive. Instead of feeling supported, I came away feeling significantly worse. I was also extremely concerned about billing. I received bills for services I did not believe I had received, including charges relating to a prescription refill that I had not requested. I was contacted saying that my prescription had been refilled and was subsequently charged for it. I found this extremely frustrating and upsetting, particularly when I was already in a vulnerable state. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your bills, prescriptions and any charges associated with your care. Make sure you question anything you don't recognise or didn't authorise. This was a very negative experience for me, and I would not use his services again.
