She literally sat behind the counter and talk down and badly about the work ethic of the Laboratory technician in the room next door. She proceeded to tell the customer the technician was always talking loudly on the phone with personal calls and she would close the door and no one was in the room. I went to advise the staff a patient had just walked in a she insisted there was no one in the room. And went back to bashing the technician with the waiting patient. Then lord n behold , the patient that was in the room comes out laughing talking with the laboratory technician. As I am not sure If these ladies have had prior problems with the laboratory technician, but this behavior is utterly unacceptable. Good thing I have an amazing Doctor here or I would be weary about them talking bad about me

I had no hesitation in recommending Dr. Kim to my wife, who had a total hip replacement done Monday, 10/28 which went very well. They have made great strides in anterior hip replacement since I had mine done 10 years ago (also anterior, but early in its use). Highly recommended. M&M (now DMG Ortho) was the recommended place by all of the surgeons we asked at Edward from my wife's breast cancer treatment.

Had he not done that, I would've gotten my ROM back. Insurance dropped me because I "wasn't making progress". I fell into deep depression as I was an extreme athlete and now I'm a cripple with a cane.

I arrived early to complete paper work and had barely finished when I was called back to an exam room. After my history was taken, I was taken for x-rays located just down the hall from the exam room. Returned to the exam room and hardly had time to sit down when the doctor came into the room. The reception area is large, clean, staff acknowledged me immediately. The Orthopedic area is a maze of rooms but clearly marked with directions. X-ray technician was friendly, nurse was very professional and welcoming, and the doctor took time to make sure I knew exactly what was going on. He showed me my x-rays and explained what we were looking at. I have to say, I would recommend this practice.

My hip not very happy. My knee not very happy. Nor my calf. My sciatic nerve screamed for a week. After several days of wincing in bed, I made an appt with orthopedic surgeon, Dr Jimmy Zhu. My only regret was waiting for a week in such pain and not getting steroids sooner. It was all seamless. From checking in to going across the hall for X-rays and then back to meet with Dr Zhu. I didn't wait long at all. He was very timely and I really liked his friendly and confident demeanor. He has a nice air about him. Showing me my X-rays and a model of a spine, he was very informative and explained my injury in an easily understood way. Physical therapy, steroids, and no weightlifting for a month. Not what I wanted to hear.

If we went with the diagnosis M&M gave us, I don't know what might have happened. Thank goodness for second opinions!! I'm sorry, I don't check here often, I did see a few questions about where I went to get this corrected...Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, Dr. Shane Nho. I can't say enough good about him, and them, they work on the Bulls, Blackhawks, and White Sox, DePaul, and many more.
