My agent had nothing but excuses when I would ask why my rates kept going up. I have a perfect driving record and my home is beautiful and well taken care of yet they kept increasing rates on both home owners and auto insurance. I finally came to the conclusion that they wanted me to come to. That is they didn't want my business anymore. My agent finally admitted that they were increasing my home insurance because it was getting older and at higher risk of failures. Needless to say I FIRED Mutual of Enumclaw and went with another company that gave me great rates on both Auto/Home. Don't think for a minute that being loyal to these crooks will keep you in their good graces. They don't care about you in any capacity beyond you being their cash cow. I will continue to write bad reviews on this corrupt company for many years in the future even though I don't use them anymore. I was a customer for 30 years with ZERO claims and they ended up treating me like dirt. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!
