They say they told you something during an appointment, however three different people attending the appointment all say they were never told that or it was never said. Patient care and responsibility does not seem to be a priority to them. We will definitely look for another doctor, and so should you!

The woman that answers the phone is so self-assured with her absolutism about all circumstances and speaks so selfrighteously, and offers no support or guidance whatsoever as to other options available that might could be used. Maybe the doctors are good, but I'm completely unimpressed and distraught over the lack of genuine support staff that works the front desk. Honestly, I'd be ashamed to treat people who are down on their luck with so little compassion or empathy. Maybe you need a break from your role there so you can step back and evaluate your presence and gain some perspective on your position and the clientelle you deal with.
