He was able to fit us in the next day to come over talk about what we wanted done, he said we could expect a quote in about 4 days. Jeff actually got the quote back to us the next day, and the quote was the price range we were hoping for. (Read: not what we expected, what we hoped it would cost) He was able to come over a couple days later and everything looked phenomenal. He did a fantastic job. He had done everything from drywall touch ups, painting, new faucet hose in the kitchen, install a new garage door opener, install a new hanging light, put a new handle on our microwave, and install a new storm door. I'm sure there's things I'm forgetting but it seems like he can do about it all. We had Jeff recommended from a friend of my husbands from work, and I'm so glad we went with him. He got everything done within a week of contacting him, probably a fraction of what most places cost, and is honestly just a nice guy. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and takes pride in his work. I honestly don't know why he doesn't have hundreds of 5 star reviews.

Don't hire them. This has been easily the worst experience I've had hiring a handyman service. I…read morehired them to install shelves, fix the frame of my front door, and replace a sliding pocket door. I was quoted about $200 less than other services, so I figured I was getting a great deal. The person they sent out stayed over 12 hours when I was told the work would take 3-4- the majority of which he struggled with the pocket door. The shelves and front door frame are perfect but the pocket door literally fell off the top hinges and scraped the inside of the door compartment anytime it was used. When I contacted the manager of this company, he apologized and agreed to send somebody out to fix the door. Well, he sent somebody but didn't notify me that he was so I wasn't home when the handyman arrived. Despite repeated attempts to reach them and set up another time for them to come out and fix what should've been fixed the first time, I have gotten no reply for weeks. I wish I'd spent the extra $200 to hire somebody else originally. Sometimes you get what you pay for, so if you're looking for half-assed work and shitty communication these are the people for you. In response to the owner: your company had so many opportunities to do the right thing. It shouldn't take me seeking out a new method of communicating with you to get the work done. I didn't want a refund- what I wanted was for it to be fixed. The dishonesty and gaslighting is obscene
