After calling some contractors who do work for me, I received several recommendations for Lion Home Maintenance, and they highly recommended them as a painter. I called them and spoke with Devon Wright, the owner and job manager of the company. He is pleasant, likeable, and extremely professional in every aspect. After I explained what I was facing with our building (it houses and gymnasium and office/classrooms), he told me that while they were extremely busy, he would stop by and give me an estimate. When he arrived, I discovered he was knowledgeable about painting, its application and the necessity to get the appropriate product. Because I worked for several paint manufacturing companies when I was younger, I understood the need for both the application and the product to be correct. Devon was very upfront regarding the elevated price of paint, and I was very comfortable with his manner, knowledge and integrity. He called me a few days later with estimate--which was exceptionally competitive--and we set up a time for the job to be done. He arrived within the time promised, prepared the site for painting, and began to paint.
