The adobada was dry and I had to lean on the salsas to help give it some flavor. The carne asada was the best of the bunch but it wasn't anything to rave about. The chicharron taco was nasty. No other way to put it, it was wet and mushy and didn't have much flavor. It seems like this place gets a lot of good reviews so I do plan to give it a second chance at some point. If my experience the second time is better or worse, I will update this review. For now though, there are definitely much better tacos in Medford than el Don.
