I came across this shop merely chance. I called and explained our predicament. We have a quarter acre and with all the rain the "grass" was growing out of control fast. Knowing the time of year and the number of people most likely in our shoes we expected the initial estimate for repair. It was our doing for not getting it in sooner. Anyway, we explained that we could not bring it to the shop. Luckily we were told he does pick up and delivery. The price for that was well under our expectations. We were given an estimate that seemed extremely fair. Long story short, we have our mower back running like new. It was faster than the initial estimated time. Plus the cost was under the original estimate including pick up and delivery. He worked with us around our work schedules and was ever so polite. One note, he only does riding mowers which is not a detriment. I just want to ensure readers know this up front. To sum up, we will definitely call him for the mowers next service. Well I should've listened to the review, especially the one who said these guys have no business with adult tools. I went up there to ask for a carburetor gasket for a very routine tractor and the old guy behind the desk was not happy to see me walk in. No one addressed me as i went into the building. when I told him what I was looking for immediately before I even got it out of my mouth he said oh no, we don't carry that and good luck finding it. I left thinking waste of time, and got in the car and did a search and found it within two minutes on Amazon and ebay for like 4$... so don't bother with these guys even though you might think they are local I guess they must be making a living off overpriced tractors.
