Nick was great in recommending the most durable material and getting me a quick price quote, which was reasonably priced. I got a response from Bryan about 10 minutes after I asked for a quote. I sent him a picture and he quoted me at about 2/3 of the price of a couple other places. We scheduled for 11AM the next day (only 15 hours lead time). The next morning he let me know he was going to be ~30m late that morning - but it wasn't a problem, he showed up when he had re-scheduled for (only 30m later). He showed up in a sedan, and I was wondering how many trips it was going to take him. I... can't really explain how he did it, but he managed to get all of it compressed onto the roof of his vehicle. It honestly looked like a magic trick. I am now kinda wishing I had taken a picture. Anyways, he worked quickly and was polite, and showed up pretty much when he said - also the price was very reasonable.

I called the PoC the day before to let them know that the weather shows heavy rain and the trailer was parked about 30 feet from the apartment. The PoC confirmed they can still complete it (despite me mentioning that the forecast indicates heavy rain) and did not want to reschedule. The crew arrived on time and moved some stuff before it started raining heavily. They damaged (broke) one of the drawers from my center table and LEFT THE TRUCK DOOR OPEN when it started raining with the ramp outside. This got all the stuff (speakers, boxes and bags) towards the entrance wet. When the crew returned to close the door, they just dumped things on top of each other resulting in broken glasses etc. The PoC and the crew confirmed they would come at 10am the next day to complete the move, but did not show up. Upon calling the PoC, I was informed they can come later in the day, and when I mentioned it doesn't work for me I was told I'll get a call back in 5-10 min. Waited for about 45 minutes and didn't hear anything back. Tried calling multiple times but the PoC did not answer. Unprofessional, lack basic communication, and no regard for your stuff.
