I only had it working for a few days until my brother broke it... my brother didn't like the sound of the clock so he rammed an object in the back of the clock which then broke the escapement. At the time it was difficult to find the right parts especially at the right price so I donated it to Richard in hopes that he could use it for parts, but about one year later I received a phone call from Richard saying he had fixed it! He did a great job and the moving parts are now inside so an object can never be rammed inside again! Thanks Richard for a job well done!

I didnt even get to finish what I was saying before she grabbed the watch from me, told me it wouldn't be waterproof anymore if she changed the battery and that if the battery change didnt fix it, it could cost me $400.00. On April 30 Sunny called and said he could come on Monday May 4 to drop off the watch. So Monday May 4 he drives 40 mins to drop off the watch at the store. He was told no we are not accepting watches for repair? He said I was called last week you were? The sales lady said no, we had a staff meeting this morning and we now aren't? It sure would of been nice if somebody would of called to tell us not to come? Wasted a hour and a half drive and time for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them for service on high end watches. Deal direct with Toronto who fixes the watches on there behalf. Customer service wasn't a great experience.
