I didnt even get to finish what I was saying before she grabbed the watch from me, told me it wouldn't be waterproof anymore if she changed the battery and that if the battery change didnt fix it, it could cost me $400.00. I never finished getting anything else done there and I will never return. However the jewelery store attached was much more pleasant experience.

On April 30 Sunny called and said he could come on Monday May 4 to drop off the watch. So Monday May 4 he drives 40 mins to drop off the watch at the store. He was told no we are not accepting watches for repair? He said I was called last week you were? The sales lady said no, we had a staff meeting this morning and we now aren't? It sure would of been nice if somebody would of called to tell us not to come? Wasted a hour and a half drive and time for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them for service on high end watches. Deal direct with Toronto who fixes the watches on there behalf. Customer service wasn't a great experience.

Unfortunately the sales manager on site was extremely pushy, so i…read moretold her i was just browsing and would decide on the purchase another day, then she stopped showing me necklaces and told me if i wanted to see I could see them through the glass! I work in Medical Equipment sales, I understand sales pressure, you set sales goals/quotas/incentives for your employees, but please encourage good customer relations and proper sales techniques to get sales, no one wants to be herded like a sheep into purchases.
