We got a coupon for this place in after they measured our floor. We called for our estimate and asked about the coupon and they basically said they didn't know and we would have to ask the manager. We went in the next day at around 2:30 (the manager wasn't there) but presented them with the coupon. The guy servicing us said it looked like we printed the coupon off the computer, implying it was fake. We told him that it came in the mail with a packet of coupons. He asked someone else working there if they had seen it and she verified she had. He then went on to ask her several more times. While ringing up our order he even said to her, "So, you have seen this before?". I don't appreciated being accused of fraud! Especially when I'm there to PAY for my stuff. I get asking once, but 1) if there was a question, don't do it in front of the customer, it's in poor taste and 2) once it's been verified once, there's not a need to keep verifying that it's real!!! Then when we spoke to the manager about that behavior, he just chuckled about it. We didn't feel he took it seriously at all. We will probably cancel our order with them, we're getting more estimates to see if we can get a similar product for the same price or less. Either way, we won't be using them again!!

I assumed he meant, the area of carpet I needed cleaned. I attempted to show him the two rooms and hallway. He took two steps and said " I can't do it, you need someone with rotors." I explained to him what had happened (small flood) and he was able to get me in within 2 days. He explained the process and found a good price for me. 2 technicians arrived for 3 rooms and 1 hall. One technician complained that his back hurt the whole time they were here (he had living room and dining room) and I aided the other technician with the den while also trying to keep my ill mother in her room for the time. 2 days after the cleaning a very foul swampy smell began coming from the carpet. I was able to locate it was coming from under furniture that had not been moved since the room flooded. It was explained to me that the technicians would move all furniture but apparently the only furniture that was moved was what I moved while the technicians were here. I was ok with the technician telling me he would clean a large area rug instead of removing it. What I originally thought was wet, was in fact dirty streaks. I contacted the office, this time speaking with a lady and asked if she would like to see pictures of all the places they had not cleaned. She was very rude and told me to just spray the carpet with Lysol. She begrudgingly agreed to send another team over to do only the spots that they had missed but insisted it could not be for over a week. The odor kept getting worse and I ended up renting a Rug Doctor. I should have done this in the first place and saved myself a lot of hassles and gotten the job done right the first time. I won't be calling them again. Very disappointed.

It's a huge national company with incredible equipment built right in the trucks with LONG HOSES! And yet they operate like HOMETOWN PEOPLE! I needed five rooms cleaned & cleaned well! Everything they promised was done very professionally! It's very hot water and extraction at the same time! It deep cleans with steam & detergent. Then they added a scent that I chose as a deodorizer! About $95 for the whole house! I'm not sure if they would be this good & inexpensive in the big city where I live--but in Muncie, I promise you they were WONDERFUL for me!
