The store has knowledgeable staff, and prices seemed competitive. We took samples home to check for color compatibility and then returned to order materials and set up installation. A couple of weeks later, we had carpet in the entire first floor replaced as well as flooring in our kitchen. Dan McFadden and a crew of four workers came and had the job done in two days. After the job was done, Dan met me at the house to go over everything he and his crew did. He even did a few extra things that had not been figured into the estimate. Dan was professional and thorough, and his work and the work or his men was excellent. I recommend Richmond Carpet and would recommend asking for Dan McFadden to install your flooring.

This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

I drove into T&D interiors, my first trip to Lima, OH. I spoke with Joel, and we went over our options. I originally was going to get tile... I love tile floors. There was a problem, though, tile is cold. Ohio is frigid. Yeah that wouldn't have worked because heated tile is a bit too expensive for my budget. I don't like hardwood floors because it's easily damaged/scratched and needs a lot of maintenance. I was looking at just simple vinyl floor when he recommends luxury vinyl plank. It's scratch resistant and water proof. Sold! He showed me different colors and styles and I picked one that was grayish brown in color. Had him do my entire house. It wasn't cheap, but the end it looks amazing! I love my new floors. They originally gave me an estimate of 10 days to perform the labor, they did it in 7. Awesome! If your looking for flooring experts in Lima/Van Wert definitely look these guys up.

Not a problem but I offered to pay and they said no that is not how we do it. Ok! So a day later I get a call and said they needed the $ up front or they would sell my carpet. Too many people were interested in that exact pattern. Really? It was buried in the back. Ok I pay. They installed the carpet and the installers were great! However the carpet is junk. We don't use the room it's in and it's falling apart. I was told so many folks wanted it and it was discontinued. Well I found it in stock at Home Depot. Same stamps on the back. And I could order it. These people are liars. They are getting rejected lots and should not be selling it as good carpet with ZERO warranty. Before I figured out the carpet was junk I went back a week after my install and they would not wait on me to get some tile. There were 4 employees and 1 customer. Must have had a big scam going not to be able to wait on me. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE AND GO TO A REPUTABLE STORE!
